I came from far away on a business trip.I stayed at this hotel for about a week, but it was really terrible...Since I will write about the details, it is better for women in particular not to stay here...First of all, we reserved a smoking room without checking carefully, and the walls were yellowed and smelled awful, the curtains still had stains that looked like something had been spilled on them, and the ceiling had a white sheet stuck on it that looked like it had been peeled off. There was so much dust everywhere that the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.I'm not really bothered by noise, so this was a good thing, but the walls were extremely thin, so I could hear people coughing and pulling chairs in the rooms above, below, and to the left. The sound of running water from the unit bath was heard 24 hours a day, the toilet was cold and the water flow was poor, so there really wasn't anything good about it lolThe room smelled so bad that I had a headache, so I asked if they could change me to a non-smoking room, but they kindly agreed to do so, and everyone at the front desk was very nice.I wanted to give it a 5 star, but it was the last day of my stay.I had a day off from work, so I was sleeping in my bed around 10am when the door was unlocked and a cleaning person came into the room...and didn't notice me for about a minute before opening the bathtub. After I checked, turned on the lights, and opened the windows all the way, he noticed, apologized, and left. But I left a binder that looked like a cleaning chart in my room, and I didn't know what to do with it, so I left it in the hallway. This kind of thing should never happen, and I felt so disappointed that I had to make sure that I was out and about.I'm also the type of person who loses a lot of hair, so after I blow dry it at night, a lot of it falls out, but it stays the same every day lol. What exactly do you do when it comes to cleaning? That's what I want to say.I think the only thing I did was take out the garbage in the trash can, put out new towels, and make the bed, so I was stressed every time I came home.I was changed to a non-smoking room, and the smell and other filth I mentioned earlier wasn't as bad, but other than the front desk service, the reception was average for a hotel. I don't think it would be possible for someone to be clean even in a non-smoking room, and I passed a few guests, but they were all men, so I regretted the past week because I didn't know anything about it and ended up staying there. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but Tsurumi Station itself doesn't seem to be very safe. I was approached by a strange old man at the Lawson in front of the station. I couldn't understand what he was saying, but he approached me so I sprinted away. .Overall, I think it is better for women not to stay here. The worst thing you can do is have someone come into your room and I will never stay there again. As I have said many times, I am grateful to the people at the front desk. thank you very much.
