The hotel itself is good enough for a stay. And cheap. This price is unbeatable in this day and age. The building is old but seems to have been cleaned. The shower in the annex is coin-operated. 100 yen 6 minutes. It has a countdown timer so it's easy to understand. However, the location is in Ishikawa Town...I was suddenly entangled by a crazy woman, and my family was scared so I evacuated to a nearby Lawson, but when the woman wouldn't leave, I called the police to deal with it. Thank you to everyone at Lawson. I have some knowledge of this area and have used Zen many times, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. Be careful with small groups of women.Yes. However, in this regard, Hostel Zen is not bad at all, so the evaluation of the hotel itself does not change.

I've stayed here a bunch of times and loved it! Even one of my kids was *probably* conceived here!! It used to be my go-to, but they've let it go so bad. It used to be so clean and quiet and for the money you couldn't go wrong. This time the walls are covered in mould and it smells mouldy too. I'm not sure it would meet code to be fair. The walls have cracks and wallpaper is coming off. My room was situated next to the office and I had the communal fridge outside my door, so there was coming and going all (and i mean ALL) night, and people using the kitchen at stupid hours, which should be addressed by management. I hardly slept in 3 days. I'm not sure the airconditioner was removing any moisture at all because as soon as I changed temperature, everything got condensation on it. It seems Management knows about it because there were several moisture absorbers dotted quietly around the room. Honestly so disappointed but staying for three nights on the cheap it felt not worth it to say anything.

I used the main building. The reception is on the 5th floor (stairs only). It is convenient that it is relatively close to JR Ishikawacho Station, but as others have written, please be aware that it is a so-called smug town. The room only has a bed and a small space to put your suitcase. There is a small desk space, but you can only spread out your luggage on the bed. There are two power outlets and an extension cable for the TV, so I didn't feel that inconvenienced. Please note that the air conditioner will stop periodically even if you leave it on.Although the building is showing its age, it has been roughly cleaned, so you can take a shower or use the restroom without worrying too much. For breakfast, the staff lady will happily serve you delicious toast, so we highly recommend that you try it.The only thing that bothered me was the smell in the room. It might have been bearable for one night, but it was quite painful for consecutive nights.Capsules are reasonably priced around Minato Mirai these days, so it's great to be able to stay overnight on weekends and holidays for just 3,000 yen.

★Reception is on the 5th floor. ★The reception area is where it says ``Broadcasting Room.'' The reception on the first floor seems to be a reception for residents and has nothing to do with it.This place is so-called smug.It seems that it was originally an elementary school, but it was renovated and the upper floor was turned into a guest house.Although it is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. There is basically no communication between travelers.Bath towel chargeShampoo etc. availableNo shave, comb, etc.Hair dryer availableThere are many mangaThe smoking area is outside, but some people seem to smoke inside. Two power supplies + one USB type AThe atmosphere is dark. It feels like the school is closing down. It can be scary at night. The shower room is a bit strange. Well, I can tolerate it.I'm a smug guy, so I usually see shirtless guys in the building. The surrounding area is completely in the middle of a smug town.Convenience stores are within walking distance.A simple breakfast is included. Toast, boiled eggs and banana. thank you.The staff are reasonably friendly. But since I'm so smug, I don't think there's any reason to stay there unless it's really cheap. There is a hostel village nearby, but it's similar. Both are both.Surprisingly, it seems that young women who come from outlying areas for events or the like don't want to stay in dormitories or capsules and instead choose these types of accommodations, but I wouldn't expect much from them. And even if it's really cheap, it's quite expensive before holidays. There are beautiful guesthouses and capsules nearby, so search on Agoda and consider carefully. The photos on the reservation site are not very reliable.

Although the building is on the 6th floor, there is no elevator.Even though it's midsummer, the air conditioner doesn't have a timer. It automatically stops after a certain period of time each time,Also, showers cost 100 yen every 4 minutes.
