I do NOT recommend this hotel because of their rude policies that others have already mentioned. I stayed for 3 nights. But 31 minutes after I checked out, they came over, handed me a leaflet, and asked me to pay 600y ($4.5) per hour to sit in their large and empty lobby (I was working on my laptop, waiting to travel to the airport). What kind of hotel can be so rude to their guests? In months of working in Tokyo I have never seen such a policy. Such a shame because otherwise the hotel was nice.

The location is good. It's near Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line. It's not too far from Hakone or Enoshima. The space in the room is quite large and the CP value is high.

I decided to stay at this hotel because of the cafe on the 3rd floor. I arrived at this hotel an hour before check-in, but I was able to store my trunk and souvenirs for my relatives, so I was able to shop nearby and spend the time before check-in. After all, it's near the station, so there are many places to go. After checking in, I hung up the lanyard in my room and went to the cafe on the third floor. There was coffee, juices, oolong tea, soup, etc. I found a book about traveling to Taiwan and spent about an hour there watching people walking outside, but it was very comfortable. During my stay, I could pick up whatever I wanted to drink whenever I wanted until 10pm, so I didn't drink much juice from the convenience store. And the coffee smelled good and was delicious! On the first day, the shower curtain in the bathroom had a bad smell, so I asked the front desk to change it to a smell-free one before I went out the next day. I'm very grateful. I am satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and location. When you exit the station, turn right at the police box and walk down the main street until you see a small Family Mart. The signboard is small, so you can't see it unless you get close. There are various things on the 3rd floor, and I think the service is very good.

Just outside the north exit of Hon-Atsugi Station. You can self-check in by taking the elevator to the 3rd floor and using the machine next to the reception desk. The room and bath were not large, but they were clean as they opened in July 2023.(Good point)・There are restaurants, convenience stores, and drug stores nearby the station.・Free drink bar・Many outlets・Refrigerator that can hold 2L plastic bottles(Points of dissatisfaction)Nothing in particular

This is my first time using it, but I think it's the best considering the price and the balance! There are many chain restaurants near the station, including MUJI, GU Uniqlo Cosme Loft, and Starbucks (two stores), so you won't have to worry if you need anything during your stay. The hotel rooms and common areas are clean, and the air conditioning in the rooms is perfect. In the laundry corner, there is a drum washing machine instead of the usual one! I was also impressed by the box-shaped machine (I don't know the name lol) that you can put on a hanger and use steam to clean it. There's also a microwave oven, so I think it's good for people who buy something and heat it up instead of eating out. Ta. The cafe space has 3 types of soups, a coffee/latte machine, and a soft drinks machine, as well as 3 types of tea bags! (And there's even terrace seating)There are plenty of power sources, and there is an outlet at the foot of the sofa in the lobby next to the cafe! I haven't read any books, but there are so many on the bookshelf that I feel like I can kill time even if I don't have anything. It seems that there are some hotels that don't have power outlets next to the bed, but of course that's OK. There was also a reading light and USB socket, and the desk had several other outlets!I thought it was nice that even though the room was compact, it was well thought out, everything was properly stocked, and it didn't feel too cramped. The only thing that bothered me was the smell in the bathroom, which was a little sour, or maybe it was the smell of the bathroom mat being dry. (However, the towels and bath mats are actually quite dry.) Is it because the ventilation fan turns off when the lights are turned off? I don't know. (During my stay, I kept the bathroom door ajar as much as possible to alleviate the problem lol)I've written a lot about this, but I think these services are very good at a reasonable price! If I plan to stay in this area again, I would like to make a reservation!

I visited for the third time. On this very hot day, I thought I'd have an iced latte at a cool cafe. I stopped by. Check in immediatelyAh, so cool! It's empty~When you press the cafe latte button at the drink barAn error message appears! No iced coffee either!I called the front desk and reported it.The person at the front desk is watching, but it's not getting better! It doesn't get fixed even after 20 minutes! In the end, it seemed like it was in a clean state, so I couldn't drink it! I gave up and told the front desk when I checked out that I couldn't drink it, but I was asked if I could drink something other than coffee. Huh?Is that the way you say it?Waited for 20 minutes? It's written as a cafe, so it's only 250 yen. (250 yen for 30 minutes stay)Isn't there a refund? If you can't drink coffee, please let me know! The reception was on the third floor and there was a nice cafe attached to the hotel lounge!Non-guests can also enter. For 500 yen per hour, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink coffee, juices, potage, etc.I was able to read books and it was a quiet space.Of course it is a Wi-Fi spot.If you are visiting for the first time, do you need to download the app on your phone and become a member? Can I enter by entering my name and mobile number? You will have two choices.Since I have become a member, I downloaded the app and the membership registration fee is free! From next time onwards, you can launch the app and use the barcode to check in and check out, making it easy. The bank withdrawal procedure was a pain, but even though I'm not good with cell phones, the staff were kind and polite, so don't worry. For me, it took less than 30 minutes, so it cost 250 yen.

There's a convenience store next door and Starbucks nearby. There is no problem in finding a place to eat.Check-in and check-out instructions were smooth, and amenities such as puffs and cotton swabs were conveniently located in front of the check-in and check-out machines. There was a toothbrush in the room.To the left of the amenity stool is a space where you can enjoy drinks for free, such as a bar, and there is a neck holder with a card in the room, so you can use it during business hours. The table is fully equipped with electrical outlets, a kettle, nightwear, a laundry bag, a nano hair dryer, and a nice foldable mirror.Drink mugs, glasses, tea bags, and coffee available. The table doubles as a desk, and the desk chair and stool chair move, making it easy to move. The luggage rack was also foldable, which was convenient when opening and closing luggage.I was impressed by the bedside shelf, which was perfect for storing electrical outlets, glasses, and smartphones. However, the left book light did not turn, and the black knob cover immediately came off and I was able to operate it.There are no steps in the water area, there is plenty of space in front of the toilet and sink, and there is a washing area in the bathroom, which was great for someone like me who has mobility issues. The window is large, but it has roll-up curtains, so there is no sunlight at night, and even if you open the roll-up curtains in the morning to let in some light, there are lace curtains, so you get soft sunlight.Pillows are also a good idea to make your stay more comfortable. The specifications on both sides were different. This time I was busy checking in at night, but this time I wanted to enjoy my stay at the hotel with plenty of time to spare. There are 2 elevators.Look for the signboard from the sidewalk.

I was worried about whether I would be able to relax in the morning since it was close to the station, but the room was extremely quiet and comfortable.

The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the overall rating is high. However, the bathtub in the guest room was smelly. Maybe it's the shower curtain. It would be great if you could fix that!
