Stayed in an annex on a couple trip.I was very refreshed by the wonderful hospitality and Japanese taste◎Shall the landlady take a photo herself? They are all warm people, such as those who said to me.(I think it was Kimiko who was in charge of us. Thank you very much ( ˊ͈ ˙̫ ˋ͈ ))As soon as I finished the first portion of rice, I was so happy that they brought me a larger pot of rice♡Negative points below.・Guest room → I was concerned about small insects. Especially Ali. (I can't help it)・The open-air bath in the main building was noisy with foreign children making noise. (I can't help it)・Annex private open-air bath → The water pressure of the shower felt weak.I think it's a very nice place, so I'm glad I chose this place.ɞ̴̶̷̥꒱֯♡

This hotel has a very local idea of comfort and services that is difficult for us to understand.|Large room but tiny bathroom, beautiful onsen but the darkened windows make the room a bit oppressive. …

❇️ My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in 2019 Nov autumn time. The room we got was spacious, clean and nice.💮Ryokan Senkei Plaza, Hakone, Kanagawa prefecture. ✅️ Hakone is an onsen mountain resort town. 🟧 This Senkei ryokan is 0.7 km from Hakone-Yumoto station.● Price was SGD220 per night.● 3 nights stay ( ➡️ 29th Oct to 1st Nov 2019).●🌿 Total Hotel bill = SGD661● Pay at the property by Visa.✅ Booked Via Agoda.🙏🏻✳️ I have no complains about the hotel room. It had a tatami sitting area opposite the beds and we had our tea and snacks there. All in all, we felt comfortable here.

Very pleasant experience. The staff is very willing to do everything. They sent our suitcase to the next destination by contacting the company. The room for 4 is great with futons and the onsen is great. It's a shame that due to the typhoon we couldn't enjoy the outdoor onsen.

I actually had reservations about the hotel before I went there, but I immediately changed my mind when I checked in. Let me first vindicate the hotel: First, the hotel has an elevator that goes directly to every floor, except for the hot spring area. The hotel is clean and tidy and doesn't feel shabby at all. The attitude of the staff is very, very, very good (I have to say important things three times), which is really great, especially Mr. Matsumoto who helped us carry our luggage, and Miss Taiko who took care of our stay and meals. They are very polite. Taiko has always treated my daughter He took great care of us, taught us how to wear bathrobes, joked with us, and entertained us diligently, adding warm and pleasant memories to our trip. The location is a little inconvenient, but it's okay because we drove ourselves, but if you want to take transportation by yourself, it's not a bad idea. There is a tram stop nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay again👍👍👍
