It was my first time staying here. When I made the reservation, I made a mistake and the reservation was supposed to be for 2 people, but I only realized it when I checked in, but they kindly informed me of the change. The room was spacious and clean, the private bath was nice, and the night buffet and breakfast buffet were delicious.I thought it was a hotel I would like to return to again.I had a really fun day and will be able to work hard again!Thank you very much♪

Great hotel, nice, reasonably spacious rooms. Breakfast was very extensive. Staff was friendly but spoke virtually no English, so not very helpful. Location is great, but no restaurants nearby.

I went on a day trip to Hakone with my 80-year-old mother, junior high school student, and first grade elementary school daughter.I was planning to take a bus from Hakone Yumoto to Lake Ashinoko, but it was a crowded bus on the winding roads of Hakone, and the driving was quite rough. . . My youngest child, who is still short and unable to see anything outside because the bus was packed full of adults, got drunk on the bus and was forced to get off the bus. . .The bus stop that my younger child happened to get off at at the limit was Kowakien.I sat near the bus stop for a while and took a break, but from now on I won't be able to go back unless I get on the bus again, but it seems impossible for my younger child to get on the bus again. . . I guess my worry that I was feeling at a loss was conveyed to my younger child, and the feeling of discomfort did not subside. It was a hot day and I was worried about my elderly mother, so I called this nearby hotel.Even though I had not made a reservation, they were very kind and courteous, and I was able to rest in the lovely lobby.I was also given a suggestion for a route for my future trip, which made me feel at ease that I would be able to continue my trip somehow. As I started to recover a bit, I decided that my younger child and I would walk to Kowakudani Station, and my older child and my mother would take a bus to Kowakudani Station. When I thanked the hotel and was about to leave, a shuttle car was sent to take me there. That's what he said.My younger child seemed to be fine in the car, so I took care of him.Even in the car, you kept worrying about my youngest child's health and asking him how many minutes he had left. If you turn here, you only have 30 seconds left! My younger child also seemed to feel at ease because of the frequent calls. They were so kind to me that my eyes watered up at the end. Thanks to that, I was able to take my mother to my long-awaited pirate ship without having to take a bus using the route you suggested.Even the younger children were able to enjoy the pirate ship, ropeway, etc.Even though I'm not using the hotel, they were so kind to me, and I think it's a great service for the guests. When I looked into it later, I found out that it was a high-end hotel that seemed out of reach for my low-income family.I feel very sorry for helping us like this.I would like to give it 500 stars.Thank you very much.

The room was good. Although the additional bed was small in size, it was of good quality and there was no problem for the child to use it.All of the buffet meals were passable, but I didn't find anything particularly delicious. It was fun to make parfait though. Also, the shuttle bus seemed to be a low priority. We stopped at Yunessun and a higher-class hotel in the group, and then stopped at Yunessun again before finally stopping at Hotel Kowakien. It took quite a while since Gora. It's probably natural that it's a low priority, but to be stopped by Yunessun twice...

I visited with 4 friends and their families.I would like to thank all the staff members for their courteous service. Rather than providing uniform service or hospitality, I was truly moved by the fact that they thought about the problems and needs of the customers in front of them and responded with sincerity. One of my friends had a birthday and I asked the restaurant for a cake, and I was very impressed with the staff's detailed response, including the message card, the timing of the cake, and the delicious birthday cake.Personally, I liked the following.● Yunessun is nearby and you can enjoy it even on rainy days●We had unlimited alcohol in the evening and in the morning (we were part of a drinking mom group, so it was great)●The hot spring is spacious and beautiful.●The entire building, including the rooms, feels clean.●Toilet is TOTO●You can wait in line at a restaurant using your smartphone.●Luggage storage, check-in and check-out can be done by machine●There is a play space, buffet menu, and amenities that are child-friendly.- Many types of buffet, high quality, very satisfyingThat's it.This time we gathered as a mom group, but I would like to visit again with my family.
