Okay if you describe it as a hostel, but not worth the price AT ALL. Can’t believe we paid $200 for a overnight room like this. Check in is very confusing and the hotel staff does not communicate with us at all, only kept sending us automated message. The room is tiny and cannot open a 24’’ suitcase. The beddings are very dusty and has hair on them, shared bathroom has mold on the amenities. Only good thing is the mattress is pretty comfy.

Cleaning is not thorough.There was hair and trash on the bed and floor and it was disgusting. It's not just a little, it's disgusting.The sheets were also full of wrinkles and I don't think they were changed.There was hair falling in the shared toilets and shower rooms, and mold was growing on the shampoos.The room is also very small.I can live with it as long as it's small but clean.It's small, filthy, and there's nothing nice about it.I can't help but use this place on short notice, but I don't want to stay there again and I can't recommend it.

When I had a problem with pre-check-in, I used the support center via email, and the replies were quick and accurate, so that was a good thing.The room was fine except for a few stains on the bed sheets, but there is no refrigerator, so please be careful if you buy breakfast and dinner.The location was a little hard to find as it was in an apartment building or residential area.It took about 5 to 8 minutes on foot from Tokyo Monorail Tenkubashi Station.

Hygiene was a problem, with stains on the pillows and hair on the sheets which made it uncomfortable.I slept with a towel and no comforter. The towel was also flimsy and had holes and was eaten by moths.I was surprised because I had never seen it this bad before. There was no refill of toilet paper, so we had to borrow it from another toilet.I thought it was just for sleeping, but I didn't feel it was worth the price.I won't go again, but I think it's essential to clean the room and change the sheets and pillowcases in the future.

Live up to the name Cozy. Very cozy and quite especially during night time. If you are travelling and reaching Tokyo at night, and considering staying nearby Haneda Airport, this small hotel is the best choice for you. Very clean, room was quite small but fits well for asian people (I believe it would be quite small and compact for a non-asian).Service was very good and smooth retrieving password for the room. Hotel is very secured with door lock that require room password. There is toilet in ground and upper floor including shower room as well. Toiletries are prepared. There is also free toothbrush, tootpaste, towel including cups and hair dryer prepared by management. Love the decorations and always look up to their classic pinewood finishing style for interior design. Would definitely comeback here!
