Rooms and service was fantastic. Only downside was the location as nothing was really walkable (limited sidewalks and mountainous area). Bright side is the hotel runs a drop off service to Gora Station from 10:00am-6:00pm which was very helpful.

A lovely experience in Hakone - staff, hotel accommodation, meals and service were excellent. We loved our time here. |Rooms were modern, well furnished and spacious |Buffet was great for breakfast too with espresso coffee. At times, staff seemed very busy but always accommodating.|The thermal pool was so lovely too

I went there by car, but thanks to the person who dropped me off and picked me up, I was able to enjoy some drinks. half? The open-air bath was filled with cypress and had a nice scent. I hadn't made a reservation for dinner, but they let me in and while I was waiting, the bar was having happy hour! The grill fire was amazing! Breakfast was also satisfying.

A hotel that clearly specializes in inbound tourists. If this is aimed at foreigners, it is not enough for Japanese people. The public bath is also unisex and swimsuits are required. …

This is a really excellent hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We were staying with our two 11 month old twin babies and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The rooms were really comfortable and the baths on the balcony were really luxurious. The shuttles service (to Gora and Odawara) is incredibly convenient. The food and drinks were really good. We hope we can come back one day.

5/5 experience. Great hotel with amazing amenities. The private bath loses its novelty after a couple uses but definitely a must try.

Very large and nice room. Make sure you book room with indoor Onsen.Their public Onsen is also great. I guess this hotel mostly host foreigner so they require swim ware for the Onsen, which you can rent at 500 yen. This is free if you have IHG membership. They even have swim ware for toddler (minimum 110 size)The only cons I can find is that their Gora station pickup service stops at 6PM. So you need to walk back to the hotel, which is around 600m according to Google. Don't underestimate this 600m because you need to walk though a very steep stair through the woods in the almost dark environment. No chance if you have luggage with you.

Not only truly beautiful view of the river and waterfalls but the service was excellent and the room spacious and beautiful with our own small private onsen in our room. Perfection! |The restaurant for dinner was fabulous… try their potato and truffle soup and the wagyu beef, the softest we have ever tasted.
