I booked a plan without meals for 2 people on Friday for around 66,000 yen. I arrived 5 minutes before check-in, but I wasn't allowed into my room until after check-in time. It's a place that can only be reached by car, but the hotel's parking lot costs an additional 1,000 yen. There were two girls, but since the person making the reservation was a man, they probably thought we were a male-female couple, so there was only one set of amenities for the girls. The only space and mirror for makeup was the sink, and since we were two girls, we wanted a vanity. There are pairs of sandals on the veranda, one for men and one for women. I didn't say anything because I don't really use it, but at this price level? ? I had my doubts so far. I was told that the hotel staff would be gone after 9pm, so I was given a touch key for the entrance, but I didn't know how to use it, so I asked the staff to guide me, but the staff told me to use a regular key because the battery was dead or it couldn't be used. Ta.The elderly woman who guided us and explained the room used "Dora" in response to our questions. Although he was serving customers with a smile, I could see that he was troubled inside. There was another young female staff member who was nice, but she didn't seem to understand Japanese. The young male staff member's chest button was open and his tattoo was visible.I had high expectations for the hospitality as the room was in a really nice location and at a good price, but I was disappointed. I feel like I only want to pay up to 30,000 yen for two people to stay. For the same price, the nearby Scape The Suite offers hospitality and food that exceeds the price, so it's no surprise that it was empty on Friday.

The view and space are good, but I don't think the service and hospitality are worth paying more than 50,000 yen. In order to take advantage of our great location, we would like to provide services that suit the price and customer group.

I don't usually post reviews, but I had a great time with her, so I would like to express my gratitude.First of all, from the entrance, I was able to experience a stylish entrance to the sea, unlike the surrounding atmosphere. The view from the room was spectacular, and since we were blessed with good weather, we took about 100 photos on the terrace with Mt. Fuji and Enoshima in the background. Not only was the room thoroughly cleaned, but we were also provided with plenty of free welcome drinks, so we had a comfortable stay. The only thing that bothered me was that the water pressure in the sink was weak. The pool on the rooftop happened to be reserved for private use, but the water temperature was moderate and the water was crystal clear, so my girlfriend and I had the best chill time while looking out at the ocean.Another nice feature was that bath towels were placed at the entrance. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. All the full courses were served with great attention to detail, and my girlfriend and I ate them with great excitement. Also, when I requested a birthday plate, the chef surprised me by upgrading the main dish to Yamagata Wagyu beef.I was blown away by the most tender and delicious meat I've ever eaten. We had booked the time for sunset, and when the setting sun, Mt. Fuji, and Enoshima looked beautiful, the staff opened up the terrace to us and we even took some wonderful photos.Overall, I had a great time from check-in to check-out.Thank you very much to all the staff who took care of us.

I had the best time on vacation.I went there by car, but the road was a little difficult to find (taking a narrow road), so I made a mistake and there wasn't a place to make a U-turn, so if you're going, it's best to check beforehand.

Nice view, but I saw the food being heated in the microwave. The young waitress was not bad, but no matter what I asked her, she didn't seem to understand and I felt that the service was not good. Translated by Miki

8/15 (Thu) DinnerWhen I used this shop, he proposed to me. I am writing this review because I received unsatisfactory service at an event that will be a lifetime of happy memories.Even though my partner had booked a course that guaranteed us seats by the window, all the seats by the window were occupied when we arrived. After that, I was shown to the seat furthest from the window, and the staff said, ``As soon as a seat becomes available, we will take you to the window.''After more than an hour, I wasn't shown to a window seat, and when I checked again, I was told that ``I misheard the name and was directed to the wrong person.''An hour and a half after our reservation, we were given a seat by the window, but the sun had already set, so we couldn't enjoy the view.As an apology when I confirmed my seat, THE HARBOR TERRACE seemed to have told me to "drink as much as I wanted," as THE HARBOR TERRACE would cover the cost of the drinks. I didn't feel like ordering a drink after that. I felt like our character was being tested. After the course was over, we received a surprise dessert plate with the words of a marriage proposal written on it.Since the plate was prepared, THE HARBOR TERRACE must have known that a proposal was coming. It was unavoidable that I gave the seat to someone else, but I think there may have been other ways to deal with the situation after that.It was the moment of the proposal that I had dreamed of, and it was a happy memory, but I am very sorry that using THE HARBOR TERRACE brought back some regrettable memories.
