About 5 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto Station. If you take the bus, it is about a 2 minute walk from the hot spring resort entrance. The location was good and the staff at the front desk had a nice atmosphere. I stayed without meals, but it was nice to have a hot spring bath in the large public bath.

During a trip to Hakone a few years ago, I saw the location of this hotel and thought that next time I come to Hakone, this would be a good place💡, so I made a reservation through Agoda and made a reservation at this hotel. Agoda made a mistake and changed our room into a smaller room, and we were very embarrassed because we received a smaller room than what we booked. Agoda's mistake was resolved, but in the process, the hotel's response was an artificial intelligence robot. I don't know if it's my fault that I'm so consistent in telling customers who are tired from traveling! I don't know if this is an attitude that a hotel of this size can take. It's a pity that we have no choice but to respond like this to travelers who are confused after coming to a foreign country. The accommodations are old, as expected, but clean and well-maintained, and the location is very good. The kaiseki dinner was average, but there was a ramen restaurant in the hotel, so I had a fun evening! You could say

A good onsen hotel near Hakone Yomoto Station. Rooms are a bit old, but big and the river view was great. The food was not very impressive, but ok. Staff were nice but didn't speak English very well. A nice stay overall.

5 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto Station. It passes through a shopping district with a mostly flat road, so you can enjoy walking without any difficulty. It is located in a quiet location as it is one street away from the bus route.roomThere are river side and city side rooms, but one of the advantages of this inn is that it is in a good location facing Hayakawa River, so I would like to use a room on the river side.If you're on the city side, if you're lucky, you'll be able to see the mountain railway from a room on a high floor.Large bathSeiryu no Yu on the 6th floor is for women only, and Soun no Yu on the 2nd floor is for men only.Although the interior seems to be quite different, there is no change in gender depending on the time of day.The temperature of the water is hot. There is a partition between the washing area and the area next door, and the cleanliness is highly rated.dinnerThere seems to be a considerable disparity when it comes to the dining venue's customized plans, so there seems to be a big difference in satisfaction. Most of the prices are for light cold dishes.Maybe they took into account the extremely hot days and tropical nights of August, so I'd like to stay in a different season.
