Thank you for taking care of me for 2 nights and 3 days. This is my personal opinion, if it helpsgood pointSteak Kaiseki where the food is delicious for the price.Wifi speed exceeds 150m on weekdays.Although it is small, it is fully equipped with an open-air bath, one pot bath, and a sauna that can accommodate 2 people. The spring quality is from Yugawara, but it is slimy, transparent, and alkaline, and uses mosquito repellent incense to prevent insects.*Employee service is good. *Considering the size of the building, the tatami mats in the rooms are well-maintained and clean.PayPay can be used at the shopI like that the pillow can be used with both cushion material and macaron material.Improvement pointsThe facility is old, and when you get off the elevator, you can smell the smell typical of old buildings. The view isn't very good, and it can't be helped given the location.*The hair dryer in my room and the hair dryer in the bathroom (one side) are collecting dust and I don't want to use them. There was a lot of mold on the shower hose in the large public bath*It is unclear whether the slippers are shared and sterilized. There is a nighttime curfew, probably until 11pm.It is inconvenient as there are no convenience stores within walking distance and there are no snacks at the hotel store.Due to some circumstances, my wife and child went back to their parents' home, so I took a solo trip to the hot springs to take a break.I think the front desk service was good, especially the female front desk employee's response, which is a model for a service industry. There are things that can be improved. I have very high expectations, but I would like to give it 3 stars.

There are more foreign staff than I expected. There are four hot spring bathtubs, and you can take your time in them on weekdays. The massage chair is also good.

Although I booked the accommodation on short notice, I was able to spend a stress-free and comfortable time during my stay.Every corner of the hotel was thoroughly cleaned, and no matter when I used the open-air bath, there wasn't a single dead leaf floating around. The food was not too much, not too little, and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold, and it was very delicious. It may not be suitable for those looking for an extravagant hot spring inn, but it was the perfect inn for enjoying a simple and quiet leisure time for adults.

It is located on a hill up a narrow road. There are two open-air baths, and a massage chair in the changing room that you can use for free. Standard meals are too large for elderly people. There are many items and the taste is delicious. Many of the staff members are foreigners, but I can see that they are all cheerful and working hard to serve customers, which gives me a good impression. We also pick you up from Yugawara Station, so you don't have to worry if you don't have a car. This time, there happened to be a group of 6 male guests who were drunk and talking loudly, making it very noisy during dinner. The building is old, so I sometimes have to worry about the doors next door opening and closing, but I think the cost performance is very good.

The room is well cleanedI had a relaxing time. The location was a little difficult to findThe person who made me feel the most uncomfortable was the middle-aged woman at the front desk. His high-handed attitude made me feel very intimidated.Isn't the person at the front desk the face of the hotel?Did you just happen to be in a bad mood on the day you stayed? How about that? I think.I was really disappointed that it made me stand out because everyone else was polite. If that person is there, I don't think I will repeat it again.

It feels like a normal inn. There's nothing bad about it, but there's also nothing good about it. Dinner has a large number of items and looks good, but the taste is average.

As per the reviews, all the meals were carefully prepared and delicious. Especially the sashimi was very delicious. The shrimp meat is plump and even the miso is delicious! The portions were large and as a family of big eaters, we were very satisfied. The bath was just the right temperature and felt very comfortable. The open-air bath...is probably too warm for me. It was cold.
