Hotel directly connected to the airportConvenience is the best.Tenku Onsen is well built, and foreigners in particular will feel like coming back to Japan again after taking a bath at the end of their trip to Japan.However, the accommodation prices are quite high, so people who don't fly early in the morning or arrive late at night may be worried.The reason for the 3 stars for the service is that even though we stayed as a family of 4, we were only issued one card key and had to ask the front desk to create an additional key card later.

I have used many airport hotels in Haneda and Narita, but this was the one where I experienced the best hospitality. Since it was a night flight, I spent a long time in the lounge, and my phone's battery started to die, but the hotel staff connected me to a socket with an extension line. I haven't experienced such kindness in a long time, so I plan to use this hotel from now on.I want to know, I want to know, I want to know Hospitality (hospitality).I want to know what I want to know.

Currently been sat in reception for 4 hours as check in time is 3pm, they will not bend the rules for us.due to departing our cruise liner at 7am and our flight dosent leave until 5am tomorrow we needed somewhere to relax. £250 room. Not a happy customer.😩Will follow with room review if I ever see one…..

We had 10 hours between flights and walked over to the Villa Fontaine to enquire if we could book a room for a short time. We were greeted by a friendly lady who said they had a 4 hour and 8 hour plan.This was perfect for us. We booked an 8 hour booking and we were able to have a shower and a nap. We didn't get to use the spa/onsen on this visit, but it was included.The room is very clean and modern. Service was fast and efficient. We would highly recommend going through immigration (only took us 20 mins on this visit) and going here if you're on a layover. There are also a wide variety of restaurants below the hotel.

It is the best place for a luxury hotel vacation.Last year's Chuseok, we stayed for 3 nights for the second time.Staff friendliness is the bestEvery time I went out or came in, all the staff greeted me with a smile. I felt so sorry that I couldn't come and go, but it felt really good.When you leave the arrival hall on the second floor of the airport, walk indoors for 5 minutes to check in.All rooms seem to have a sea view. On the 6th floor, there is a fitness center right next to the hallway.If you take the elevator next to the fitness center, there is a natural hot spring on the 12th floor.The open-air hot springs and fitness are the best, and Premier is unlimited and free.The hot spring had a purification time from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and it seemed to be open throughout the early morning. Even after 12 p.m., you could still eat and drink beer at the hot spring cafe, and the food was delicious. The fitness center seems to be open 24 hours a day, and most of the time it was empty enough for just us to use. Bottled water and towels are provided.There is both a subway and a monorail.I easily got to Shibuya and Shinjuku in 50 minutes.fitness clothesToothbrushes, etc. are all provided in the room.All beach drinks in the refrigerator are free.I kicked the cogonda and put three sofa mats together and laid them in the bathroom.I tried sleeping and there was enough space.The breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel lobby was very quiet and the service was excellent.Breakfast is also very good at 4000 yen per person.It was the healthiest food.For your information, I tried breakfast at the buffet restaurant on the first floor of the entire Villa Fonte building last year and was very disappointed.The only drawback is that I like swimming.There doesn't seem to be a swimming pool.

Onsen visit only. My flight was late at night so I spent my day at their onsen facility which is at terminal 3 of Haneda airport. It is not only onsen, but jacuzzi, hot & wet sauna, hot rock, reclining chairs to watch TV, recliners to sleep, massage parlor, and a small restaurant which is not cater for vegan. The onsen is very beautiful and modern. Unfortunately, I went on a cloudy day otherwise I could have seen Mount Fuji. Afterwards, it is next to shops and restaurants.
