The coffee machine keeps breaking. Some rooms have shower only.Reception, miscellaneous explanations.I don't know if it's for safety to hold your room key in the elevator, but I should explain. There are hotels that don't even serve lunch or dinner! ? The only good thing is the location.

This hotel is fairly priced and offers a nice view on Yokohama bay. Running spots starts from this ver location and you can run uninterrupted along the sea shore for many km. Good quality restaurants are not in immediate proximity, but Sakuragichou noge (15 min walk) is gorgeous

It was my first time in Yokohama 😊 I got lost at the front desk and ended up finding the front desk on the 20th floor 😅 I was a country boy (lol). The room was good and I had a comfortable stay. I wanted to go again 😃✨✨

I stayed here for the Anpanman Museum. The Anpanman Museum is right nearby, and since my child fell asleep at the Anpanman Museum, it was easy to carry him back to the hotel. It's far from the station.POLA lotion, emulsion, makeup remover, and face wash were available at the front desk on the 20th floor, so I didn't need to bring them. Someone please write a review! ! !I lost one room key, but when I told the front desk they gave me another one.I had a room facing the sea, so I was happy to see the Ferris wheel at Cosmo World and the night view of The Yokohama.I didn't have high expectations for breakfast since it's a business hotel, but it was quite delicious. My 4 year old and 2 year old loved the meat and potatoes carrots, xiao long bao, various breads, and mango. The soba noodles had a light salty taste.

Even if the "cleaning pass" was not passed on from the front desk or among the cleaning staff, it would be obvious once they entered the room that it was not the guest's room they were asking to be cleaned. ! I really should have checked with the front desk to see if I had been asked to clean, and even though they didn't put up a sign to change the sheets, they used the excuse of changing the sheets to rummage through the contents of the suitcase on the bed for a profit. Did you think that if you rummaged around to see if anything was missing, you wouldn't notice if one thing went missing, or did you want to check what was there so you could sneak in at night? ! Can you answer the question honestly? ? Who are the cleaning staff who appear to be trespassing? ? The "Cleaning Pass" board pasted at the entrance has been carefully placed back inside the room. By the way, I had brought my cash and credit cards with me so they were safe, but the drawer of the safe had been opened unnaturally.Horrible hotel

I used this hotel because the price for one night on Saturday and Sunday was a little cheaper compared to nearby hotels. It's a walk from the station, but it's a calm area with few people.I checked the videos of hotel YouTubers in advance, and they were generally positive, and although the room was poorly cleaned (there was hair on the desk and TV board, and the room smelled like something), it was just as the reviews said, so I thought, ``It's cheaper than the surrounding area, so that's it.'' ” I thought.I didn't expect the security risks to be so high.Since card keys are common these days, if an overwritten card is issued at the front desk, another guest will be able to unlock the room and enter the room even if the user is taking a bath. The room has an automatic lock, so when you close the door, it will lock automatically, but if another guest also has a card containing the key information for this room, the door will open normally.I didn't have an accident because I had the auxiliary lock on the door, but if I forgot to do so or if I went out after checking in and wasn't in the room, they could have gotten into the room. Also, in this case, the key information is probably overwritten on the card of the guest who checked in later. The card key of the user who checked in first will be invalidated and they will not be able to enter their room. When I checked with the staff at the front desk (because there was no extension in the room), I was told that the staff member who was there had mistakenly directed a later guest to the wrong room. Then they suggested, ``We can't give you a free room, but you can extend your check-out by one hour.''I am not talking about accommodation fees. Also, there was no reason to extend the time when you could not feel safe and relaxed, so it was a very irrelevant alternative.I think it supports templates, but do these kinds of problems happen often at this hotel? As an aside, when I tried to go back to my room from the front desk, I couldn't get in with the card I had, so I had to have my card reissued. The response was slow and I was very tired. There was a problem with security, but there was nothing, so it's okay! This is a hotel with a generous policy. The room door is rattling. Is another guest trying to open the wrong room? The hotel staff cannot imagine the horror I felt when I heard the sound of the door being unlocked. The male staff member at the front desk said, ``We will be careful to prevent this from happening again,'' and it seems like it won't happen again.I hope that they will put in place a check system to ensure that this does not happen again, so that future users do not have a scary or disappointing trip.I won't be using it again, so I won't have a chance to see any improvements.

The hotel is very comfortable. There is a pre-check-in procedure, and check-out is automatic and very smooth. There is only one parking lot, and there is only one affiliated parking lot, so you can't make reservations and it tends to be quick...Also, out of consideration for people living in adjacent apartments, waiting is prohibited when the parking lot is full. Please be careful when using it by car. I would be very satisfied if that could be improved...

It's a short walk from Red Brick, so it might be a little difficult to access if you have large luggage. The staff were all kind and polite, and there were plenty of amenities, and it was great that you could choose what you liked! The room was spacious, but I think it was a little disappointing that you couldn't see the ocean unless you chose a high floor facing the ocean. The rooms are clean, spacious and have no complaints! !
