Staff will not answer the phone. When I called to confirm confirmation they had me waiting for over 20 min. This hotel and its staff are a joke. Save yourself and don’t stay here.

You can stay cheaply on weekdays near Kannai Station. It is possible to stay overnight for around 5000 yen.On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it will cost over 20,000 yen lol

Visited for a nearby business trip. Rooms are managed with a password, not a card key, so if you forget it, you have to ask at the counter. The overall interior of the room has a dark atmosphere. The moment you step inside, there is a slightly musty smell even though it is non-smoking. I think this is because it is old and not cleaned well. The TV's remote control didn't work, so I checked and found that the batteries were discharged. I replaced it with the batteries I had, but I feel like they don't pay attention to this. There aren't that many restaurants around, so you have to walk a bit to get to the downtown area around the station. Convenience store is nearby. Overall, it's okay, but it's a bit expensive compared to the internal facilities, so around 5,000 yen or less seems reasonable.

I used it after watching a baseball game. It was nice to be close to the stadium. That's all that was good. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes, and when I went to the toilet, I found cigarette butts thrown into the toilet without cleaning it! It was very unsanitary and the cleaning was not done properly so it was unpleasant!

It's either good or bad...a hotel located in an entertainment district where there are no convenience stores or restaurants.Noises from the hallway are noisy, probably because the customer base is not good. If you don't lock the door, someone who is innocent will enter by mistake.

The TV reception was so bad that most channels were too noisy to watch. I couldn't go back to my room and watch TV, so I ended up watching YouTube instead. I can't recommend it very much if you want to watch stations in Tokyo that can be seen on Yokohama broadcasts. The only advantage may be the proximity to public transportation. Please note that the hotel does not accept requests from delivery companies on their behalf, so please be careful when processing your luggage.
