The hotel staff are very patient, the room is neat and clean, the balcony has an excellent view, the breakfast is very good, and the bathing environment is very good. It makes me feel that I am traveling alone and my stay is very comfortable and enjoyable. I will come back next time! 😍

On Friday, February 9, 2024, I stayed alone in a standard room with an open-air bath (breakfast and dinner included).In my personal opinion, I have not stayed in Hakone recently because I feel that the cost performance is very poor, but after finding this hotel, I decided to stay in Hakone for the first time in a while on a one-night hot spring trip. Ta.It's a new hotel that just opened in December of last year, so the facilities are probably well-equipped, but when I look at the reviews on various sites, there are a lot of harsh opinions about the meal service time, and it's rated poorly.However, since the beginning of January, the ratings have skyrocketed, so I made a reservation with high expectations, thinking that they had properly addressed the harsh opinions and made improvements.As a result, I was very satisfied with the facilities, food, and service.I was especially surprised by the quality (tastiness) of the dinner.I had the premium course, and as long as everything I ate was delicious and the wine was to my taste, I wouldn't have any complaints.What's more, I thought it was great that even though I was eating at a restaurant that served a Western course, I was allowed to wear indoor clothes.I usually avoid hotels that serve Western food because of the hassle of having to change into cramped clothes again after relaxing in the hot springs before dinner, but here I was able to relax in that respect as well.Other than that, I think the service was attentive, even if it was just a little thing that would make me happy.It's natural that not everything will be perfect because humans are involved.This time, I thought that the front desk operations and breakfast contents were not good enough, but breakfast will be changed to an all-buffet style from April 1st, so I think I can look forward to it.There aren't many accommodations that I revisit even if I travel almost once a month, but I wanted to stay at this hotel for several nights and enjoy the hot springs and meals slowly, so I decided to stay at this hotel twice during the cherry blossom season in April. I made a reservation for one night.As the season changes from winter to spring, I'm looking forward to the spring French course, where the ingredients have changed.

The room was spacious and the hot spring was great, so I was able to relax!

Single night stay, breakfast included, just under 17,000 yen. Breakfast was a buffet with only Western food, and the temperature control was a little cold, so I thought it would have been better not to have it. The room is large and suitable for work. I'm glad they included some convenient features such as an outlet and a portable mirror. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, and mini kitchen in the room. Convenient store, bus stop and museum are right in front of the house.
