Service is excellent. After checkout left my baggage including some groceries for storage and coming back discovered they had put the groceries in the fridge ! Very thoughtful. Rooms are ok, location is on top of underground and train station so very convenient, entrance feels grand.

If you know how to get to the hotel it is very easy to reach. The Shimbachi station is nearby and you can access the extensive metro area via the elevatorThe reception is on the 25th floorCheck in friendly and quickUnfortunately our first room was not at all satisfactory, it smelled small and the furniture was old, the view was directly onto the office building. We didn't want to stay here, especially since we had explicitly requested a shower. The second room was identical in construction, smelled better but still had a bathtub The third room was offered to us with an additional charge of 5000 per day. This was sufficient even with a view and couldn't be compared with the other two. The equipment with a kettle, plate, knife, fork, cups, refrigerator in the bathroom was goodWe would go to this room again

Going out for a whileIt's quite a hassle. 80% of the people who stay here are from overseas ``inbound tourists, cheap yen'' It can't be helped because each country has different characteristics...resultEven if it's half price or one-third of the accommodation fee this time,I don't stay overnight

Amazing hotel! This hotel is right by a train station we found it easy to get around by train! Beds are nice and comfy, rooms are a decent size. Staff is very friendly even to foreigners. We enjoyed our 5 nights here

All the flights from delhi are early. We asked the hotel for early checking they denied even we want to pay. There was a lady who was rude. Other receptionist want to help but because of the head manager we didnt got the room. We were travelling for leisure abd we had kids.

We were very pleased with our hotel as we stayed for 5 days. Its interior design is excellent. The rooms are generally small in size, but there are items for every need in the room. It was clean but the only downside was the bad smell. Even though we solved it by spraying room freshener and opening the ventilation, we encountered that smell every time we entered. There is a view of Tokyo tower. Very close to the metro. Save time by entering and exiting from the Shiodome entrance and enjoy going directly to the subway from the hotel. One stop away from the main major station.

Small rooms. Big building in front, no privacy. Not much services in the hotel. Small area for the breakfast buffet, so crowded at 7-8am. Staff doesn't have good English. Gym is very small. Location is good. This is a 3 star hotel in a nice area.

Probably one of the best hotels I stayed at in Tokyo. The facilities around are really easy, train station nearby, convenient shops around and the hotel has an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji! Highly recommended for couple and family travelers.

This is a perfect hotel if you're traveling alone. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quite spacious for Tokyo, air conditioning is amazing (coming from someone who needs a cold room), and the views are spectacular of the tower. I got the single and I had more than enough space to put down my luggage and have it fully unzipped. The breakfast is also great for foreigners who want something familiar before delving into the unfamiliar since they have both western and classic Japanese options. Staff were also extremely friendly, I always felt safe, and it is exceptionally clean (including the bathrooms which were completely stain free). The location is absolutely perfect on top of that as the train station is, quite literally, right below it, with some nice shops nearby and a 7/11 for quick meals as well as a more regular shop that has everything from candy to makeup, umbrellas, some clothing, bags, hats, etc. Sometimes there will even be performances down below such as the occasional girl group which is always adorable (there is no sound pollution up above so don't worry about that). Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a first time visitor and will be booking with them again when I come back to Tokyo!

Positives: LocationNegatives: 1- Our rooms are small, the rooms are in front of an office building we kept the curtains closed all the time for privacy.2- There is a bad smell coming from bathroom every time we shower, also bed sheets smell bad.3- There are no facilities inside the hotel to enjoy, no spa, no salon, no gym, no seating areas except the small lobby.4- The staff are nice but not helpful, not everyone speaks good english, and when we asked to ship our luggage to our final destination, they were unable to help.Overall, don’t recommend for big groups or families.

Lovely and clean room, with gorgeous city views. I enjoyed sitting on the seat by the window to admire views.Storage options for suitcases were helpful and the room had additional amenities, including an ironing board and plenty of bathroom amenities.The hotel was a close to Shimbashi train station (on the JR Yamanote line) and an easy walk from Ginza for plenty of shopping and Tsukiji Outer Market.
