It was stylish and the walls were solid so I couldn't hear the noise from the neighbors and was comfortable.

Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped. The Living Lobby on the second floor is like a saloon, with free coffee, soda, microwaves, and vending machines. The hotel created a poker card depicting Yokohama attractions and gave it to guests for free. The location is very good. Walk from the platform of JR Sakuragicho Station to the end and exit at the New South Exit. There is an overpass leading to the city hall opposite the hotel. This route is very convenient if you are carrying luggage. In response to environmental protection, if you stay continuously, the room will not be cleaned every day, but towels and new garbage bags will be hung outside the door.

The location is great. And the receptionist is also polite.I stayed in a large room that was wheelchair accessible, but the cleaning staff was quite noisy in the morning. It may be unavoidable that it's noisy near the elevator.I woke up from around 7am because they were cleaning while we were talking. That was a little disappointing. The walls may be thin.

If you look at the photo of a twin-bed river view room in booking, it is from two years ago (I don’t know if it has been updated now). (I asked the staff at the counter later) they said that an extra bridge was built on the river a year ago. If you are on the 4th or 5th floor, most of the river view will be blocked. As shown in the picture, only one window of the two windows can see a little bit of the river. The other window has a street view. I received immediate feedback from the scene and they were still very considerate and helped me change it. Go to the high floor🥹👍Looking at the night view of the streets and the river with people coming and going is really awesome✨ The hotel is a short distance from the station, about a 10-15 minute walk (Sakuragi version station) but it is really chilly and the breakfast is only I think the salad is pretty good except for the others, but the surrounding environment is very nice ✨ Recommended(The first one is on the fourth floor and the second one is on the 8th floor which was later changed to)

[Japanese below] I was late for breakfast. It was only for a few minutes, but they did not respond at all. The front desk and restaurant were not flexible. The hotel interior is stylish, and staff are smiling, (as same as other Japanese services) but it's a kind of FAKE, smiling but not friendly, it was a third-rate service business. I recommend to take other better hotels.I was just a little late for breakfast. Would you like the male clerk at the store to give you something to take home? He suggested this, but from a distance I heard a female clerk telling me to turn away. Of course I know that I am at fault, but the manager of the restaurant is also confused and inflexible.I think that shouting something from the kitchen to the floor in front of the customers is third-rate in the service industry. The interior of the hotel is stylish, but I would recommend another hotel.

I love Sapporo and Fukuoka, so I use Lysol often. It's been a long time since I used this place right after it opened. At the time, I didn't go back because I thought it was an inconvenient place, but the surrounding area has changed a few years later. The entire area, including the city hall building in front, has been almost completely redeveloped, making it convenient for shopping, cafes, offices, sightseeing, etc.Free drinks are available on the 2nd floor. The disappointing points that I felt when I used it for the first time were that it is a small building, so the lobby is small, the ceilings in the hallways are low, and the rooms are small...Also, my desk only has a small side table, so it's almost impossible to work in my room for business. On the other hand, I felt that I could feel safe with Lysol. The cleaning quality is very good, the rooms are kept really clean, and the shower curtain in the bathroom doesn't smell, which is another great thing about Lysol. The staff's customer service is good, and the smell is soothing with the usual Lysol aroma.

I used a river view twin room.I was able to use the room comfortably in a cute room just like the one in the photo. This bath was independent, so it was very convenient to use.I went for breakfast after 7 o'clock, but the place was full and I had to wait about 15 minutes. If you come at an odd time, it will be easier to get in after 7:30, when the first customers have left.It is an impressive hotel that there is a welcome drink bar on the second floor, and the juice and coffee were delicious.
