Stayed in August 2024Room/Sunset Luxury RoomThe view from the window was really nice. You can see Mt. Fuji on your right. The rooms are also clean. The bed is very wide and can be used by two people quite spaciously.Champagne in the fridge, organic? fruit juice. Each person (men too!) can receive a pouch (pictured) containing lotion and serum. The staff was kind!Parking is a little disappointing (paid, only a few spaces)

I stayed in a tatami room with 3 friends. Even though it was a tatami room, it was a normal, nice room with a modern interior, except for a low table and chairs on the floor.I had forgotten to reserve a parking lot, but there was space, so I paid to park there. It’s a resort inside! A table with a wide ceiling and a tent in the tatami room. Like a dream. It's in front of the sea so you can see the sea from everywhere (I'm glad the weather was nice!!)For breakfast, we chose rice balls from 4 types. All-you-can-eat salad and cereal. Drinks were also plentiful. It was very delicious. There are places to play within walking distance, and the beach is right in front, so it's easy to access (it's best if you have a car), but they also rent out bicycles and kickboards. It's nice when the weather is nice.I would like to come again!

I am pregnant, and the only hot drinks I had at breakfast were green tea and black tea. Since I am avoiding caffeine, I think it would be good for those who are careful about caffeine if you can prepare hojicha, rooibos tea, etc. There are many areas that can be seen from the outside but cannot be accessed from the inside, such as next to the public bath on the 2nd to 4th floors and the 6th floor, which felt mysterious. Perhaps the 2nd to 4th floors are a nursing care facility, and the large space on the 6th floor is an area for staff.Other than that I think it was good.

Please be careful if you use the Hayama Women's Trip Ticket on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The reward ticket includes a hot spring and your choice of shaved ice. When I visited in the afternoon, I was told that they were not sure if they would be able to guide me to the hot springs as there would be a check-in afterwards and it would be crowded with overnight guests. When I asked if I could use it if I waited, I was told that they couldn't say either way.We waited for a while, but the person who came after us using the ticket was refused from the beginning, and since check-in was scheduled to take place after this time, there would be an increase in the number of guests using the ticket. Thinking about it,I think it's hard to imagine that the hot springs will be empty, so if that's the case, I'd like to see some kind of countermeasures taken before things go to waste, such as making them unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Also, although the reward ticket stated that there was a choice of shaved ice, only one type of tiramisu shaved ice was offered. However, since it's new, the cafe space is clean and the tiramisu shaved ice was delicious, so I think it's a good place to take a break.

It was a great stayThe location, comfort, service, cleanliness, and cost performance were all wonderful.I didn't really feel the chlorine-based disinfection in the bath, so I was able to relax and feel like I was in a hot spring, and the view from the top floor was amazing. 100 points if there is a sauna.By the way, if you look up at the public bath from the seaside side, don't you see it completely naked? I was curious about the view from the outside.I guess I happened to book the room on a good day, so I got a double mountain side room for about 14,000 yen for two people. Of course, a delicious breakfast is included. When checking in, the weather is perfect today, so if you'd like, why not pay the difference and change to a room with an ocean view? There was a suggestion thatThe difference is 12,000 yen...Isn't it quite unreasonable to offer a room upgrade of 12,000 yen to a person who made a reservation of 14,000 yen? wI'm sorry for being such a poor person, but I would consider at least a proposal for around 3 to 5,000 yen...When I refused, the staff laughed bitterly at me.In that case, what should we have for tomorrow's breakfast? So, I specified two dishes, but when I was drinking and eating in the lounge that same night, I asked the same staff again if I would like to try tomorrow's breakfast menu. asked mysteriouslyOh, I'll let you know when you check in, right? When I said that, he acted mysteriously and said, ``Please repeat that.'' Wasn't there a memo? For dinner, we drove to a restaurant in Hayama, returned to the hotel, took a relaxing bath, and enjoyed alcohol and snacks in the hotel lounge for a quick drink before bed. This fee was also included in the room and paid when checking out the next day.The pillow didn't really fit me, so it might be nice to have a memory foam option.Enjoy the morning bath, have breakfast, relax in the room for a while, and then check out. When I returned the room key, I briefly operated the terminal and thanked you! and…No, I still haven't finished paying for the food and drinks and parking fee that I paid with my room last night. What would have happened if we had just returned home? I wonder if he'll get caught later for eating and running. That's why there is still an unpaid amount from us, right? When I called out to him, it took a while, but I finally found out.I paid the official amount and left the hotel. In the midst of very little communication, we forgot about the proposed amount for the room upgrade, the double confirmation of the breakfast menu, the hotel parking fee, and the food and drink fee, huh? There were quite a few cases where this happened, and I realized once again that things like staff coordination and history checking were not done properly. We were able to stay at the lowest price, but I think the suite-like rooms cost a pretty good price, so I honestly think it would be bad to treat such high-class guests the same way. It's a great hotel with a casual, laid-back, relaxing feel, but I thought it would be better to make some adjustments in that area.Is this what is called Hayama time? However, except for some strange responses, it is the best ocean resort that is guaranteed to be a repeat visit.Next time you will need to bring your own pillow from home. Also, one size fits all for indoor wear.If you're around 180cm tall, you'll look pretty funny with your tight body parts, so I think it would be a good idea to at least get a larger size. Also, the parking fee of 2000 yen per night seems expensive. If anyone knows which is more advantageous than the coin parking in front, please let me know.

Although the room was on the mountain side, it was quiet and very relaxing. The hot springs were also good.It was a hotel that I would want to go to again soon.
