★Please look at the photo. A dilapidated roll screen in a restaurant. This is the worst, worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The first thing you notice is the front staff. That little girl in particular has no expressions, no smiles, no greetings, and no asking for accommodations. I had made a reservation two months in advance, but the shuttle bus was not available. The action from this hotel occurred three days before the date of my stay. That too via short email. When I applied, I wrote that I wanted a shuttle service, but the day before I received an email saying that the shuttle service was full. I would have canceled if you had contacted me sooner. Besides, this hotel is too expensive. The accommodation fee was 17,600 yen per person. Food, old rooms, unfriendly front desk staff. It's a hotel that costs about 9,800 yen per night at most. When I told the little girl that I wanted to change my breakfast time so I could take a relaxing bath, she said, ``I've already got plenty of time for other things.'' At dinner time, there were a lot of empty seats in the restaurant, so when I told her that, the little girl said, ``We can't provide any service.'' Normally, a hotel's job is to provide service. I said, ``Is there something you can do for just one person?'' and I went to the back to ask. I was able to change it. Since we couldn't use the shuttle bus, I think it's only natural that they listen to our requests. It seems like they are only investing in QR codes and tablets, but they should do something about the defeated roll screen. I felt sick eating at a place like that. This is a hotel that I wouldn't want to stay at even if I was paid for it.

Disappointing food considering the priceThe bathroom tiles are hangingToo dark to see at nightI wish the shampoos were more commercially available, so I would like them to be of better quality (I can't help but feel like they're just leaving it there for now, just like using a cheap love hotel)The pick-up and drop-off system is also difficult to understand (the man who picked me up on the evening of the 24th had great customer service)The footbath roll curtain is broken. It would be nice if there was an outlet near the footbath. (If you check with the staff, it can only be done in the guest room)Are the roll curtains at Hibiki Restaurant made of cigarettes? is melting inThe duct on the iron plate is dirty with oil, and you can see traces of unwiped hands.Front desk customer service explanations are not unified and difficult to understandIt's difficult to connect on the phone because of the guidance, which is frustrating. There was a strange customer and I almost got tangled up with him.The boiled bamboo shoots for the Japanese breakfast were spoiled and smelled soggy (I ate one). The floor of the bathroom in the guest room is very dirty. The futon was quite damaged and the cotton was uneven.I think this is a big problemThe dart is malfunctioning. The arrow is also bentAre there drinks in the lobby only on the first day and not on the next day? ? ? It's not even morning. It was nice to have ice and water available at all times. The footbath is nice, but it would be nice if it were available 24 hours a day.It would be convenient if the pick-up and drop-off times were regular, such as two per hour.It would be better to clean up pigeon droppings and take care of the plants more. There is dust in the square of the toilet, and the contents of the slippers will spill out if you wear them barefoot. The guest room telephone was missing, although there were signs that it had been there.Calls can now be made from customers' smartphones. The dresser chair is sagging. The umbrella of the lighting equipment is very dusty and broken. The curtains are also yellowed, so you should wash them. The rice pots were all broken.I couldn't grasp it

I stayed on a plan that included the Atami fireworks festival. It's on top of Mt. Izu, so you can see Sagami Bay, so I liked the view.Since it's in the mountains, there are no shops nearby, so I think it's the perfect location for those who like a quiet environment surrounded by nature, including myself. Many of the dishes were elaborate and very delicious. Especially the teppanyaki was delicious!(It was so delicious I forgot to take a photo)After dinner, we were taken by bus to the fireworks venue in Atami, and it was great to be able to enjoy the fireworks in a prime location reserved exclusively for guests.Maybe it's just a sign of the times, but everything from checking in, deciding on meal times, ordering drinks, etc. had to be done on a smartphone, and it was a little confusing to get used to that system, and amenity goods such as yukatas were displayed at the front desk of the hotel. I felt it was a bit troublesome that it was a self-service system and each person had to bring it into their room.I stayed at the hotel without any prior knowledge of the hotel, but I really liked the quality of the hot spring water. My skin became smooth every time I took a bath, so I researched it after I got home and found out that Izuyama Onsen is a weakly alkaline sulfate spring that has a beautifying effect! (I entered 4 times)I was happy that I was able to experience the effects without making any assumptions.Lastly, it was great that you could use the full body massage chair in the public bath for free, which looked like the cockpit of the Unicorn Gundam.

There is a welcome drink, footbath, and books in the lobby, making you feel instantly relaxed. There was red and white wine, oolong tea, apple juice, and coffee. There are indoor baths, open-air baths, and saunas, and the open-air baths are quite hot. The indoor bath seemed to be perfect for children.I made a reservation expecting this to be an inn that prides itself on its food, but it exceeded my expectations. In the photo, the presentation is a little disorganized because I replaced the food with items that the children couldn't eat, but all of the dishes were carefully prepared. It may be inconvenient because it's on a hill far from the sea and there are no convenience stores nearby, but I'm glad we don't have to worry about tsunamis.

Although there is Wi-Fi in the building, it is so weak that it is almost impossible to connect. It can't be helped in the mountains, but there's no point in using wifi. The air conditioner in the room had a message saying it was time to replace the filter, and the air vent was full of mold, making the room smell very musty. There were many insects floating in both the indoor and outdoor baths. It was unsanitary because the circulation wasn't working, and the water wasn't draining, so the same bugs were hanging around all the time. I couldn't take a bath in the open-air bath because there were too many bugs and dirt.Since the water bath was just a bathtub filled with water, it was also dirty with insects and human grime floating in it. Although it is called a water bath, it does not have a cooling function, so it was at room temperature.I was concerned about overall hygiene.

This was my third visit, but the staff was so disappointing that I won't be going back. I'm sorry. The staff doesn't have a spirit of hospitality, or rather they are inflexible.I called the front desk and asked if I would like to change to another room before check-in, or that I would like to stay for two nights, but for some reason the front desk didn't seem to be able to operate or make reservations. They said, ``You can do it online if it's available.'' I was very particular about this.In particular, Mr. N at the front desk didn't understand what I was saying, so it took a lot of time. It's a cheap or bad hotel, so I thought the staff was of a similar quality, as others have said.Although it was inconveniently located on the top of a mountain, it was my favorite inn with a nice view, but I was really disappointed in the open-air bath because there were all kinds of things floating in it, and the cold water in the bath was dirty because it was accumulating instead of running water.I thought it would be good for students!
