Choose a room with an ocean view.If the weather is nice, Hatsushima or Oshima? You can also see.The reception staff and restaurant staff were also very nice. Some of the food was delicious and some was not. However, the pairings with wine, sherry, and Japanese sake were fun and satisfying. There were some delicious dishes, so I thought it would be even better if all the dishes were that delicious. Also, I think it's a mid-priced hotel, but when I arrived there was no one to greet me outside and I just parked my car at a random spot, but it seemed to be fine. (He came to bring my luggage as soon as I finished parking.)

Junior suite memorandum・The front desk is difficult to understand. You have to enter through an unmarked door in the parking lot and climb up a dimly lit staircase, but there is no ramp, so it can be difficult if you have heavy luggage. There were other people who were confused besides me.・Although it is an old building, the cleanliness of the room was close to perfect, even for someone like me who is a tidy person. However, one spider appeared.・Even though you can hear the sound of the waves, there are no screens on the windows, so it's difficult to leave them open.・There are two refrigerators and a freezing function, so the drink service is quite comprehensive.・The water flow in the bathroom is quite poor, and you have to adjust the amount of hot water and cold water, so taking a shower or bath can be stressful.・The room looks like a renovated love hotel (especially the bathroom)・Although the outdoor pool is quite small, children under 10 years old are not allowed to use it, and floats are prohibited, so there were few guests with bad manners.・Dinner was a French course, but there was no dress code and it was good that it was not formal. However, one male staff member kept talking over my meal, which made me uncomfortable. Older male and female staff are available.・There are far more couples than people with children.

It's a place I remember coming to for lunch with my family nearly 30 years ago when I was in elementary school. The lobby with the outdoor pool seemed like a celebrity symbol, and I wanted to stay here someday. Now that I'm in my 40s, I was finally able to stay overnight with my son as a father. They prepared a special private room for my 2-year-old son, so we could enjoy a leisurely dinner without worrying about other customers.I am really grateful to all the staff for being so kind. I wasn't able to participate this time because I wasn't feeling well, but this time I'll be bringing my mother along as a group of three generations. Thank you very much.

A Western-style hotel that looks so beautiful that you can't believe it's Yugawara.Beautifully made and gorgeous decorationsNice pool and view, dinner and a great experience. However, I have a lot of doubts about the staff's attitude and response.I don't say hello, I don't answer the phone, I ignore itI'm unfriendly and don't know what I want to doI really felt that the staff training was at a low level that was inadequate for this fine hotel. It's a shame that I couldn't really relax because the location and facilities were good.If you are considering this hotel, please be careful about the staff's response and other things.I can't recommend it highly enough, and the cost performance is the worst as the price and staff level are not commensurate. However, as I have said many times, the scenery is very nice.

It's close to the station, so you can easily get there even if you don't have a car. I was able to relax even as a solo traveler at this adult hotel. There were some places where I wished there was more service like this, but basically it's a great hotel.French food at night is delicious

This is my third time using it.I had a great time both times in the past, so I was looking forward to this one as well. The pool, food, and hot springs were as expected and wonderful. The staff were also very welcoming. However, there was something I didn't understand about the facilities in the room, so I had them come to my room twice (the problem was easily resolved), but the male staff at those times were not very responsive. It was late so I had a bad experience, but if this was my first stay, I don't think I would return. After I asked the front desk a question, I went back to my room with the person, but on the way I hit my head on the railing of the stairs, and even though I couldn't move for a while, I didn't realize it and started rolling. It's gone.I think it can't be helped that I didn't notice, but don't you think something would have happened if the person who was with me hadn't followed me? He left the room without asking any particular questions. Don't call me like this! I guess that's what it meant. My head still hurts. This is self-inflicted so it's not anyone's fault. It's my favorite hotel, so I'm sure I'll come back again, but I can't say enough about it.

This hotel is also recommended by taxi drivers. It seems that the hot springs are flowing, and the driver said that the chef is very good at creating creative French cuisine using local ingredients, and it was really delicious. It was a resort hotel with an excellent location.
