The service and customer service was excellent, including a welcome cake.I was also grateful that skin care products were provided. It was nice to be able to use the hot springs privately, but since I stayed during the cold season, the only drawback was that the water was too warm and the shower wasn't very warm.Other than that, it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

The owner is the friendliest person ever. We have never felt so welcomed before in any accommodation. Our room felt authentic with attention to detail and was really cozy, and we loved warming up in the Onsen after a long day out in the cold and rainy weather. There isn't much nearby and it's a 15 minutes walk to the next restaurants, but the next bus station is only 7 minutes away. But this makes it fairly quiet, so if you are looking for a place to relax, the location is perfect.Breakfast was delicious, we got 2 homemade buns with orange jam and butter, fried egg, sausages, salad, vegetable soup and kiwifruit. Also, Tea and Coffee.

A wonderful, very nice owner, ready to meet the expectations of every visitor. It seemed as if he was sincerely happy with the arrival of each guest. We have never been so warmly welcomed in any other facility. There is a small onsen at the facility, which you can use exclusively by yourself after selecting the time. So this is a great option for couples who would like to finally take a bath together :)The meals were wonderful, individually prepared for each visitor. The owner prepared a special named menu for each evening, so you could try different home-made dishes every day :)A truly wonderful place!
