P.S. *I didn't know this at all, but it seems like there was news 3 days ago that they would be closing their business in February 2025.What I felt after staying one night was that there were a lot of small discomforts scattered around. in particular,・Indirect lighting is full of dust even though it is located low-The room smells of ammonia.・The air purifier also smells bad.・Mysterious stains on the sofa and carpet・The sofa right next to the bedside is full of pilling.- Repair tape is obvious・Information book is in tatters・Disposable slippers are flimsy・The bathtub is shaking- Hair on the bathroom wall- Hair becomes frizzy due to poor quality shampoo etc.・The dryer storage bag has a bad odor.- Ventilation fan does not work, causing humidity and sewage smell to build up in the room.・Air conditioning is not effective and it is hot and humidAnd so on.- Thoroughly follow the cleaning manual・Introduce an air purifier that can dehumidify・Clean the air conditioner filter frequently・Remove pill from sofa regularly・Repair the information book or replace it with a new one.・Raise the grade of disposable slippers by one more level・Make the dryer bag a material that does not absorb odors.・Use the carpet in a dark tone to make stains less noticeable.・If you can't maintain it in the first place, reduce the number of cloth items.・Rather than having inferior amenities, let customers buy good ones from paid vending machines.I think such improvements are necessary. Odors and air conditioning are problems with the equipment, and I don't think they can be solved overnight, but if the equipment is old, you should think about countermeasures from the beginning. I'm sure you can improve it as much as you want. If you look closely at the reviews, you'll see that people have been pointing out the same thing for years. That's probably why it hasn't been fixed.As I've written so far, the location is good, the employees are friendly, and there are nice things like vending machines, microwave ovens, and coin laundry on each floor.However, even though it didn't have a great view, wasn't directly connected to the station, and wasn't overwhelmingly cheap compared to other hotels, there were a lot of things that bothered me, so it wasn't a hotel that suited me.

Beautiful hotel. Close to Sakuragicho Station. It feels good to be along the river. The staff's response is also great. The soup and bread served at breakfast were delicious.

The bathroom smells like sewage. I don't know if the ventilation is broken, but it's so bad that I put an air purifier in the bathroom.The smell doesn't get any betterIt is better to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.Especially for women, their hair explodes in the morning.

The rooms are clean, stylish and cost-effective!I used it because I had to go to Yokohama area every day for work.I wanted the pajamas to be separate for the top and bottom, and I was disappointed that the power supply was not USB compatible.How about having soup as your main meal for breakfast? That's what I thought, but it was delicious and the quantity was just right.

If you have something to do in the port area of Yokohama, I think it's convenient no matter where you go. It's a good distance from the bar district and is quiet.
