Air conditioner doesn't work! When I opened the window, the screen door was full of holes! Mosquitoes are coming in! The ventilation fanUrsai! Frequent power outages during meals! It's a great memory to talk about later. I had many different experiences.

Like the previous person who posted, the air conditioner is broken.I asked to change the room, but the room was full and I was left speechless when I was told that I could borrow a fan. Will never come again.

Very clean traditional Japanese style rooms with a roomy bathroom and toilet. No dining, it is an apartment style with kitchenette. You have to bring your own food. There is a convenience store near the station which is about 12 minutes walk. Also two restaurants at night. A pizza place and bar and grill. The walk up the mountain is steep and is 25 minutes long. If travelling with large suitcase you'll definitely want the cable car which is worth the ride too anyway. The views are epic and fresh air and sulphur onsen smells. You have to try the onset it is so relaxing. You'll sweat. Try it. It's an amazing experience. You'll have to make your own beds. There are places around (many) with much higher prices where you get full service including meals. This is not one of them as the price reflects that. You can see the cable car 5 metres away from this place. The station Naka Gora is right next to it making it easy if you use the cable car. You'll have to ask for kitchenware from the reception if you want to cook. Don't worry it's free. Please leave the room in a tidy condition... the Japanese are amazing at leaving no rubbish behind at sports events.

Never go again. Difficult to find it. Old hotel, very small onsen and the facility was bad too. Terrible experience for me and my family.

Room: The elevator from the front desk to the room smells!A hotel converted from an apartment, with an open-air hallway! The hallway is dark and scary! ! Check-in at night is not recommended. The electricity won't turn on unless I put in the special key 🔑 in the entrance, which is inconvenient... The room door opens and I can smell it.Service: Nothing.Location: It's a high place, so it's difficult to walk. It’s difficult when you’re older!

My husband and I used it.If you prepare in advance based on reviews, it won't be too inconvenient.◼️Are there any restaurants or supermarkets nearby?→There didn't seem to be any within walking distance, so I bought it in advance at a supermarket in Sengokuhara and brought it in.◼️ Is the public bath small?→It's certainly small, but probably because there weren't many people using it when I was there, I didn't feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced by the crowd.◼️Can I use Wi-Fi only in the lobby?→You can use it in your room too.◼️ Is parking difficult?→It is true that the difficulty level is a little higher than that of a general parking lot. However, it is not such a terrible parking lot that it lowers the evaluation of the facility.I love driving, so I had fun parking the car.If you are unsure, please go to the second parking lot.Although it is close to the cable car station, there is a heart-breakingly steep hill just a short distance away.Walking around with a large bag can be tiring, not only for elderly people, but even for non-elderly people.Maybe a taxi would be better.I have two requests.◼️Since there are no shops nearby, I think it would be nice if there were more vending machines.◼️Improvement of the main light switch in the room. The light in the room turns on when you insert the key into the main switch at the entrance, but the entrance is dark and it's hard to see the keyhole.I wanted a slightly bright light even before I put the key in.

Guest roomDoes the exterior look like a building that was originally a condominium villa? The building looks like it was converted into a hotel, but the interior is clean and spacious, with a kitchen so you can buy ingredients and cook. The bed is also spacious and good.serviceThe price was low so it wasn't anything special, but the front staff was kind and gave me information about the area, which was great.placeThe cable car is right in front of you, so access to Owakudani is great. The fatal flaw was that the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear the constant thumping of footsteps from the upper floors, and it took me an hour and a half to fall asleep. The laughter is too loud. When I heard the sound of lights being turned on, it reminded me of the legendary Leopalace. I understand that since it is a condominium type room, the soundproofing is about the same as an apartment, but I wish they could do something about it.
