I arrived at the inn with high expectations, and when I tried to open the key, it wouldn't open even when I entered the 4-digit pin number! I was at a loss and even when I contacted the contact number on my Rakuten reservation card, it was out of business hours! I was terrified that I would have to spend my time without a place to stay! ! There was a villa property management office on the way, so I asked them in a desperate bid, and they told me they couldn't give me their PIN number, but they would give me my contact information. In the second email, he told them the changed number. I receive emails from Rakuten on my PC. When I returned from my trip, it was indeed sent on the first day of my trip. If you change your number, you should send it by the day before your trip, right? ? At one point I was so nervous that my heart felt like it was going to stop, but I managed to get into the room. The key in question also seems to be rusty and is difficult to open even if the numbers match. The hot spring bath was nice, but I couldn't figure out how to adjust the height of the shower, so I had to settle for showering from a high position. There was no sofa, so it was difficult for people like us with weak legs to spend time in the room. Since we were staying for several nights, we cleaned up properly and when we returned from sightseeing, we found that nothing had been taken care of! ! When I called the person in charge of the whole day, I was told that the staff had forgotten about it. A representative came 30 minutes later and got towels, sheets, and amenities, but we had to prepare ourselves. By the way, it's not that far from the bus stop, but it's quite a hill and I think it would be difficult to walk there and back.

I used it during my summer vacation. Although the building itself is not new, the interior has been renovated, and the bedrooms and plumbing were as comfortable as if they were newly built. I'm very happy to be able to forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy hot springs, BBQ, etc. just with my family. It's nice to spend time at a luxury hotel or inn, but it was also a valuable time to spend time at a quiet mountain lodge. What do you look for in a trip or accommodation? I guess it depends, but for us it exceeded our expectations, so we would like to use it again.

Booked via Airbnb and honestly it’s not bad. The house is overall clean. There’s a bbq terrace however it was quite rainy so we didn’t have the chance to use it. Also, didn’t know we have to buy gas in advance by ourselves.The onsen tub was good. Kitchen was nice, we were able to cook some nice food and kept warm for the night. Host is also very responsive on the app.Biggest concern is parking. The space was very small and we didn’t have the smallest car. It was a steep slope as well, insufficient lights at night so it was difficult to park well.
