Although it is difficult to say that the facilities such as the rooms and baths are good because they are old, the dinner and breakfast provided were very filling and delicious. The staff were friendly and I was satisfied with my stay.

The person who guided me to the parking lot was very responsive and made me feel at ease. The front staff was also kind and quick to respond. The food was delicious. The person in charge of serving the food also checked the surroundings and responded accurately and quickly. I used it with my family and everyone was satisfied. On the last day, I parked my car at the inn and went to Gora Park, but the person at the inn took me to the park. Thank you very much 🙇‍♂

I stayed here on a family trip.I think there were a lot of foreign staff, but they all spoke fluent Japanese and were very attentive, so I didn't have any complaints about the service. They also provided a car for pick-up and drop-off, which was helpful. It's close to Gora Station so you can walk there, but it was hot so I was happy. I was lucky because I could also use Kanagawa Pay.Points that caught my attention- Facilities are outdated and overall old.- There was no place for valuables in the changing room, so I couldn't take a relaxing bath.- There is a sauna, but I couldn't use it in the morning.- The souvenir corner was small. Did it shrink due to the coronavirus pandemic? There are some aspects that can't be helped.

I used it for a day trip from 14:00 to 21:00.There were only a few adult customers, so it was quiet and very comfortable.I used a room with an open-air bath, but since it was on the first floor, it was surrounded by a curtain, so the room was dark even during the day, which was a shame. The bath in the private room also uses the hot spring source and has good hot water, so I think I would have been able to enjoy it a little more if you could give it a feeling of openness. If you leave the small window open, some sunlight will come in, but insects will also come in, so don't forget to use the mosquito coils that are provided. No more.It was nice to be able to eat dinner at the hotel even on a day trip. The whole place is old and has a table tennis table, giving it a Showa era feel, but I personally think it's more relaxing than a noisy inn.

It's a very good inn. I love the warm quality of the semi-open-air bath in the room.
