Not far from the bus stop (we caught a bus from Tokyo to Hakone). In a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very Japanese -- a place for our shoes, they cleaned out luggage wheels in the lobby and carried our luggage up stairs. No elevator. …

Field Hakone was just what we were looking for. We wanted to be a little bit away from the hustle and bustle and stay in something Japanese style.  …

I think it's the best choice for those who want to stay overnight without meals.Even though I was staying without meals, the room was not strictly economy; the room was spacious, the furniture was new and clean, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. The room I stayed in was a Japanese-Western style room, and I could lie down on the tatami floor while looking out at the Myojingatake Ridge Line through the window. The refrigerator is not a common one that lacks power, but you can change the settings yourself, and there is also a coin laundry, which is very helpful when staying for a long time. I don't think the bath is a hot spring, but both the bath and toilet are quite large and luxurious. It also has a Dolce Gusto (cartridge sold separately) and a toaster oven, so for those who want to have a quiet breakfast, this is it.It's a hotel suitable for climbing mountains, but I thought it might be possible to stay in a room like this for several nights while working.

I was worried about where to go due to the typhoon, but the owners were very kind, helping me plan the destination and lending me a guidebook. Also, it was raining when I checked out, but they even provided a shuttle to the sightseeing spot. The rooms are also clean and new. It was a very good trip.

It is located in a residential area and is a little difficult to find. I think the room is nice and clean. Recommended for those who stay overnight without meals. The parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car, it might be a little difficult.
