I think this is a low-class accommodation in the Hakone area. The whole thing smells musty. The gate and lobby are fine, but the service is at the lowest level. In fact, there is no such thing as a service.I don't think it's a place for couples or families to come. It's cheap compared to the surrounding area, but if you're coming to Hakone, I recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.On the other hand, it is recommended for people who value the price, such as those traveling alone and who value the price.

This is a rare inn where even children under the age of 0 and preschoolers are charged an adult rate.Nowhere on a certain reservation site does it say that there will be a charge for a 0-year-old child and a preschooler (sleeping together). When making a reservation, I made a reservation for two adults and wrote in the notes section that a 0-year-old and a 2-year-old would be staying in the same bed as I checked in. When I checked in, nothing was said to me, and after about an hour of lazing around in the room, I got a call from the front desk on my cell phone and was told that I would have to pay for 2 people as adults over the age of 0 would be charged. Ta. picture? So I headed to the front desk, but they just told me that that's the rule and completely ignored my concerns. I can't even listen. Is it a manual? I only say the same thing. Since the staff are foreigners, can I talk to Japanese people? When I heard this, I received a call from the deputy manager on the foreign staff's mobile phone, and I decided to call him and explained the situation. After that, I insisted on paying because it was a rule. I wasn't satisfied with it, but I was told it was a rule, so I paid once.If there was a mistake in how I made this reservation, I had written in the notes section that 2 preschoolers would be staying with me when I made the reservation, so as soon as the inn confirmed the reservation, I would have to call them to let them know about the charges. Shouldn't we? That's what I thought at first. What's the point in not being told anything at check-in and being asked to pay an hour after check-in?The assistant manager's response was very poor and I was disappointed. This one isn't bad! It was a very aggressive response. If I had known in advance that even preschool children would be charged an adult rate, I would have found many better accommodations than this one. I don't think I will use this accommodation again. We do not recommend staying with children of preschool age. There will be a charge, so please be careful when making a reservation! As a result, after checking in and waiting for 2.3 hours, another person came out and refunded half the price. That's how it ended. Half price even though I feel so uncomfortable? Isn't it the full amount? I thought so. Well, I can't help it. I had two children with me, so I had to call and go to the front desk to talk about this issue during the busy hours of bathing and putting them to bed, and I was really busy. I couldn't take a relaxing soak in the hot springs until 10:30 pm, so I really regretted not coming because I couldn't rest at all. I came here to rest. It's not about the money, it's about the cooperation within the company itself. That made me wonder. You should always check every detail of your reservation. You should also look at the notes section. Did this happen because I didn't watch it? If they had checked properly, I wouldn't have been so uncomfortable. What should I do if someone has allergies? Are you looking at that? Please be a little more thorough.

There was gravel at the bottom of the bath, and it was filthy overall. There was a mistake on the part of a foreign employee (the mail I entrusted to the employee was opened and consumed without permission), and I submitted a complaint using the inquiry form, but the employee lied and said that he had not made such a mistake. I was tired, and the answer came back as if I were accusing them. This is the worst service I have ever received at a hotel or inn. I will never go there again.

This is an accommodation facility that a company purchases and operates in a place that was previously used as a resort facility.Perhaps there is a lack of manpower, but this room is only available on weekends 😭As a result, the whole room is very humid and has a musty smell, and although there is an air purifier in the room, I feel like I can get by with the air conditioner and fan that are installed afterwards. The bathhouse is even more moldy and humid, which is a shame even though the hot springs drawn from Owakudani are nice 😰

Used for overnight stay. If you just want to sleep, you won't have any complaints. However, I was concerned that the room smelled like someone with stinky feet.

I visited with a plan without meals to enjoy the hot springs. It's a well-built, well-built building that looks like a former corporate resort, and the bright lounge and hallways are spacious and give a good impression. I didn't really care about aging.Of course, since it's in a reasonable price range, it's not like a luxury resort where everything is sparkling clean. There are some small details that stand out, but I'm completely satisfied. The Western-style room was also large and very nice. The cloudy Owakudani hot springs were very good as expected.

I used it in late August. This is one of the cheapest accommodations in Hakone.Since it's cheap, the service is minimal. This is for people who want to stay at a cheap hotel with a hot spring.Towels and yukata are provided. Other amenities are available for a fee. I stayed in a Japanese-style room, but I had to prepare my own futon by taking it out of the closet and putting a cover on it. When you arrive at your room at a typical Japanese inn, there will be sweets on the table! There is no such thing. You also have to boil water yourself by pumping it into your own pot.The room was a decent size, but the walls and sliding doors were slightly dirty and looked old.It seems that there are only indoor baths for both men and women. The windows in the bathhouse were made of glass, so you could see what was going on outside. There was no shower in the room I stayed in. There was a toilet and sink. There was a hair dryer in the sink, but it was a cheap hair dryer (it smelled like something was burning). If you want to take care of your hair, it's safe to bring your own hair dryer.I only asked for food in the morning. It was a very simple breakfast. The taste was delicious. As for food, I have a food allergy, so I told them about this when I made the reservation, but when I checked in, the lady at the front desk showed me a photo and said, ``These are some of the things you can't eat.'' "Do you have any?", so I was able to eat with peace of mind. It seems that replacement is not supported.I was traveling using the Hakone Amazing Pass, and it was quite close to the hotel from the bus stop. However, I was thinking of having dinner at a nearby restaurant, but it turned out to be a health resort nearby. I couldn't find a restaurant where I could eat within easy walking distance of places like museums and museums. I ended up taking a walk to a convenience store over 1km away🤣 By the way, you can get there quickly by taking a local bus.

I used it for a twin room without meals. The room is large, with separate bathroom and toilet, and plenty of storage. There is also a large public bath.I was very grateful that the quality of the room was good for the price. The problem is that it's hard to find the place when you go for the first time. There is a signboard that looks like a nameplate, but depending on the direction you are traveling, it can be a blind spot.
