A month ago, my rental car had a flat tire on the road. Luckily, the hotel staff was able to contact the rental car company and help us replace the spare tire. I was really impressed. I hope the boss rewards such a rare employee. If I go to Hakone in the future, I will stay at your hotel! I am attaching a photo because the employee did not leave his name. thank you very much! Japan and Taiwan are friendly!

A quaint passageway when you pass through the noren curtainsIt reminds me of the inn where I stayed with my grandma when I was in elementary school. The view from the open-air bath and the free family bath, although there is a time limit, are the best.I appreciate the free drinks and free beer in bamboo cups in the lounge after taking a bath. The cuisine is also delicious, with rich ingredients from the mountains and the sea.You can also walk to the shopping district of Hakone Yumoto.Personally, I found the female staff member who first dealt with me to be beautiful and had a good-natured, beautiful proprietress vibe.

First time use. There are some negative comments, but I liked it very much.It has a great atmosphere from the entrance, and you can relax at the terrace seats at the back of the lobby overlooking the Hayakawa River. The large public bath has an indoor bath and an open-air bath. Men and women are alternated in the morning and evening. The temperature of the water is just right and it is colorless and transparent. It doesn't smell like sulfur, so the smell of chlorine may be a little bothersome. Well, I think there are rules for that. The hot spring water at Danshaku was also very hot.Meals are served in-room style. It was delicious no matter what I ate. Each dish is seasoned well, and the small bowls and 100% soba noodles are handmade from vegetables.I was very satisfied with the meat and tempura, but when the red soup stock came out at the end, I couldn't help but enjoy the white rice as well. The beer served in bamboo mugs after bathing is the best, so we recommend drinking it on the terrace. All the hotel staff were kind and smiling and made us feel comfortable.thank you very much.

I made a reservation at the last minute for Obon.I wasn't expecting much, but the food was delicious. The open-air bath and location were all great! Both the 100 percent soba noodles and the sea bream chazuke were delicious.I also took a private open-air bath for a fee.I think it would have been nice if there was a diaper changing table or something like a table for babies so changing clothes would be smoother.

If you're wondering why it's rated so well, it's because only foreigners give it good reviews. Honestly, if I was going to spend this money, I should have stayed elsewhere. The rice is not delicious, the hot springs are hot. Customer service is also not good. The hallway smells...severe. In particular, even though it was served in the room, all the meat was served on a tray, so I didn't really understand the appetizers. The meal will take an hour and a half, so eat quickly. Why can't Obon be canceled in the middle? Do you put the rice directly on the desk? When I told them that the source was 55 degrees and that the water was too hot to pour in, they told me that this temperature had been set. I told them over and over again that they brought out the hose and filled it with water. My mother likes places along the river, so I thought I'd give it a try. I regret choosing the accommodation. It cost 50,000 yen for two people. I really regret that I should have paid a little more and went elsewhere. It was a great trip with my mom...Do you have beans, sweet potatoes, and corn for appetizers? There was almost no explanation of the dishes, and the TV was so small that it must have been 15 years old. The room was also dirty and didn't feel refreshed. I want my hard work paid back...I think 7,000 yen per person is acceptable. The sound of the river was just that good.

I didn't want it to say that babies are welcome.I had been looking forward to staying here when I went to Hakone with my kids. However, I was shocked to find out that the inns that I have stayed at so far that allow children are very nice. It's about serving food. Although they had set up a small chair for the child, they placed pots, raw meat, and vegetables to be heated with candles in a position where the children could stretch their arms. Also, when I asked for porridge, it was served very hot in front of my child. When I asked for the baby food to be warmed up, it was returned very hot. (It seems that they did not consider 10 seconds for home use and 10 seconds for business use.)If you are going to recommend bringing children, I would like the staff to do the same. I was really shocked. In the first place, even though not everyone was at their seats, the food was only explained to those who were there, and they left quickly, and there was no information about alcohol or drinks.I had other things to worry about, so I had to invite my parents over to stay with me, so I had to spend the time in suspense to make sure I didn't have any bad experiences, which was tough.I was grateful for the provision of baby goods, but I would like them to reconsider not only the goods but also the hospitality of the staff.

I suddenly went to stay overnight with my 5 month old baby. The location is up a hill and there are almost no sidewalks, so it might be difficult to get there with a stroller. It is best to use buses etc.The room was equipped with a bouncer, baby blanket, diaper trash can, milk formula pot, etc., and the private bath was equipped with a baby bath and baby soap. There was no baby bath available in the private open-air bath, so I thought it would have been a good idea to let them know. All the staff were kind and caring towards the baby. There was also a picture book corner in the lobby, with picture books for older children. If you ask for baby bottles, the staff will sterilize them for you. Everyone was very kind and I would like to visit again. I thought it would be fun to come here when I'm a little older.

I heard that breakfast and dinner were served in the room, so I made a reservation. It was nice to be able to have a relaxing meal with my family in my room. There isn't much on the menu that stands out, and Mr. Nakai seems to be hit or miss.He was nice to people, but perhaps because he was impatient, he cleaned up quickly and gave the impression of being sloppy. It was a shame because the private bath, open-air bath, and the river seen from the front desk were refreshing and very nice.
