Words fail to describe how perfect our stay was here. We had a room with a private Onsen on the balcony. The staff were so dedicated and helpful. The food was absolutely incredible! One of the best dinners of my life. This place is fantastic. I hope I can get back to Hakone and stay there again one day.

We spent two nights in this hotel, and it was what we expected from a traditional Japanese hotel. The staff took great care, the yukatas were magnificent. The private onsen was slightly too hot for us (42 C), so we asked for it to be colder (38 C) and in 15 minutes it was good. The meals were plentiful and varied, whether in the morning or in the evening (and we are rather big eaters). In the morning the staff took us to the bus stop, so we could visit Hakone. We really had a pleasant stay, I highly recommend.

I stayed for two nights and three days. Many of the employees are foreigners, but they work hard and have better customer service than the Japanese people around them. The food on both days was very satisfying and excellent. The guest room also has an open-air bath, and at night I bathed while looking at the starry sky. However, when I turned on the air conditioner, the dirt inside flew away, and the humidifier seemed to be malfunctioning, so I used it as an air purifier instead of humidifying. But I would like to go again.

Children were served rice, but that was all they had to eat.Water doesn't come out unless you ask, and when you ask, you only get water for one person, not for everyone. The color of the meat is bad. The ceiling in the dining room is dirty. The amount of food is not enough for an adult man. Even if you can get a second helping of rice, it comes out last. It's difficult to get refills because they only have pickled vegetables and Kinoko nabe. The toys in the kids room don't work. The rooftop footbath is extremely hot. It felt like 43 degrees Celsius or higher, so children couldn't put their feet in.90% of the staff are like Katakoto technical intern trainees. His words are broken, but he speaks so fast that it's hard to understand. It's like Japanese spoken by foreign staff on an airplane.I'm not discriminating against foreign staff, but even though it's a Japanese-style inn, I felt it lacked a wabi-sabi atmosphere. I understand that they are trying their best, but I wish they had written about the staff in the introduction of the inn. When I returned to my room after dinner, the lighting had changed. There is an Inari shrine... It seems that there is a staff member inside, but I am confused as I have never experienced someone entering a hotel while I was away. I didn't even put a cleaning tag on the door (there was no such thing). It was mentally uncomfortable.

The food was very delicious. In particular, the comparison of grilled Ise lobsters, Kanagawa beef grilled in Mt. Fuji lava, and Ashigara beef was delicious.

Just the worst. I cannot recommend it.When I arrived at my room, I called the front desk to ask for more beer glasses, but I had to wait for about 15 minutes, and then I called again and they finally brought them. They were so unresponsive that I even yelled at them during dinner. (Grilled fish and lobster are undercooked)There was no apology for that until I left.(Sorry to the other customers who were there at that time 🙏)It's obvious that they don't give the slightest thought to the side dishes for their children's meals. Well, the udon doesn't taste good.An assistant cook instead of a head chef?I think it would be much more delicious to make at home. The presentation is not beautiful either. For breakfast, even though we were late, while we were drinking coffee and tea, he would come over and say, ``It's almost time...''Is it an all-you-can-eat bar at an izakaya?By the way, the child's side dish was what seemed to be a sausage as hard as salami, and a meatball? And bread rolls. They gave me extra grilled fish, but it wouldn't go well with the bread. I would like you to think about it a little. As others have said, I think it should be removed from travel sites. There is no farewell at all.

I stayed there the day before yesterday. We were able to stay here a year ago and we had a wonderful time, so my daughter-in-law suggested, ``Mom-in-law, let's come here again this year,'' so we stayed for three days and two nights. became. The result was terrible.First of all, the quality of the food has definitely fallen from a year ago.I appreciate that they prepare hamburger steaks and side dishes that children would like, but the food for my grandchild was different from that for adults, but it was all brown and had no color at all. For both days.I was served wakame udon and rice together, but the udon tasted really bad.I think frozen udon is much more delicious.(This was also the same udon for two days in a row)As for the adult meal, the soup stock was not good at all, and a bowl of clams came out, but it was just salty.Ise lobster came out two days in a row, but on the second day, it was not cooked, and the lobster and fish were served on the same plate, and the fish was half-cooked. was.I had to call you because it was so bad, but the fire is going through. That's what he said.I was stunned. I didn't want to eat the rest of the meal, so I went back to my room. There was no apology at that time or after that, and no one came to the front desk after 9pm.(When I called the front desk for some business, a boiler engineer came to the front desk.)After the meal, my daughter and grandson went to the public bath, and just as they were completely naked, a foreign waitress came to the changing room and asked if we were wearing yukata.Apparently, this was because they were so busy eating that they couldn't listen. Why do we have a phone? In the first place, do you have to come to the bathroom and ask?In the end, I declined breakfast and paid the bill, but there was nothing left until the end.By the way, it seems that the current head chef has replaced last year's chef. The bath was nice, but that's about it.I do not recommend it.
