Highly recommended. Brand new hotel. Modern and practical style. Spacious rooms for Tokyo standards. Well connected with the KK train line (Otorii) and very convenient for Haneda airport (hotel offers free shuttle in the morning and afternoon.Breakfast offered a limited choice but reasonable for the price.Recommended

Blown away but the experience and quality for the price of hotel. The rooms were excellent and the bathrooms in particular were premium. Morning breakfast was perfect before a flight and included in the rate I had. The free shuttle to Haneda is large and every 30 min or so which was extremely helpful. First time staying at a Mercure but definitely happy with the experience. They were able to give us early check in which wasn’t expected, but was greatly appreciated.

Very clean and cozy hotel. There is a shuttle service from Haneda terminal 3 until mid night. So late arrival is covered. Train station is next door and easy to head to Tokyo and Yokohama. Recommend

Lovely stay as usual, 4th stay at this hotel in the past year or so and we keep coming back for the value rates and its convenience factor being so close to the airport and the Keikyu line Otorii station so going into Asakusa, Yokohama, Tokyo etc.Many of the rooms are shower stalls only with no bathtub. There's also no coin-laundry or vending machines on-site like many other Japanese hotels but the hotel is very new and very clean so it offsets the missing amenities.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights, the proximity to the airport, the shuttle bus service to the airport, the close train station makes it a great place. The rooms are larger than most hotels in this region and the front desk/reception staff make your experience even better. They are really helpful!

There are a lot of high ratings, but personally I think it's worth the word of mouth. I thought. It doesn't really feel like a luxury hotel. It feels like a stylish casual hotel.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, near Haneda Airport, so I was worried that the location was a bit far from downtown Tokyo, but the subway station is right next to it and it only takes 30 minutes to get to downtown Tokyo.

Everything was great, location, rooms and free shuttle bus for the early morning flight!
One note: I had a breakfast here, IT WAS CHAOTIC. A massive queue for a one coffee machine which extends to the seating area right next to it. The food was good though.

Okay this is a 5 star hotel as far as I stand, one of the few best in Japan so far and I have tried quite a few.Able to leave luggage up to 2 days in advance, room was prepared even before check-in, shuttle bus to the airport the morning.Now about the service, the staff speaks fluently english, is very very polite, for Tokyo this is outstanding, everything is done to help you.Now about the room, it's spacious, the bathroom is big, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are good, there is a big TV, a couch and a good view.The location is a bit far away from tokyo centrum but tbh you would use that hotel for staying while waiting for your flight or when just arriving in Tokyo. For the price, it's way better than any APA that's for sure !

It can only be said that it is a pity that there is no bath room, but the mineral water and novel room design are very comfortable and the experience is worthwhile. The coffee is sincere. The front desk counter is fluent in English and very efficient. There is a gym on the second floor and mineral water in the room. It's OK to drink. There is a Lawson supermarket opposite.The hair dryer is very lightweight, I highly recommend it, and it dries quickly.
