An exceptional place, in an exceptional setting. The level of service is related to the refinement of the place. The team is welcoming and takes great care to ensure that your stay goes well. The rooms are fantastically well equipped and beautifully decorated. Special mention for the onsen in the room which overlooks the surrounding mountains as well as the semi-outdoor public onsen in natural stone and with sauna. The meal served in the evening is very refined and really very excellent. the presentation and arrangement of the plates transports you during your tasting.A little hello from France to all the staff ✌️😚🇨🇵

I have been repeating it once to three times a year for nearly 10 years. It's in a high position and the view is great. For now, it's best to eat in your room. The food is also delicious. All rooms have an open-air bath with natural hot spring water. The interior of the hotel and the rooms themselves are also good.It is famous for its inns that cannot be booked.I know I won't be able to get it.I'm sure I'll be repeating this in the future.

Ryokan Hakone Ginyu is such a special place. We visited as a part of our honeymoon to Japan and loved our two nights here. We stayed in a ground floor room which had both an indoor and outdoor onsen! The room was really well appointed and large.Huge thank you to Yuki for taking such good care of us during breakfast and dinners. The food at the Ryokan is excellent. All the staff are so welcoming.
