The guest rooms have deteriorated over time, but they are not kept well-cleaned. There are noticeable coffee-like stains on the surface of the refrigerator, but they haven't been wiped off. Bath equipment had come loose in the bathtub in the large public bath, and I got a scratch on my buttocks while taking a bath. I told the male staff at the front desk, but he was very curt and didn't offer a sincere apology, which made me angry. However, when I checked out, the woman... manager? The person apologized thoroughly, so I felt less anxious, but it is really dangerous if the inside of the bathtub is not properly inspected.

In the room, the sink was cracked, and the wallpaper and curtains were torn and dirty.I feel a lot of deterioration over time. However, I feel that it has been cleaned.did.I think it's fine if you don't mind the fraying. There's nothing wrong with the underground bath.I think this bath is at a level that is hard to find at this price.Breakfast was also good.

There are various amenities in front of the front desk, but hairbrushes, toothpaste, and bath sponges are in the room, so you don't need to bring them. There are no disposable slippers in the room, so you have to take them with you (the only thing in the room is vinyl slippers). Since September, guests have been able to bring their own nightgowns from the front desk (before August, they were placed on the bed).

It was my first time using it. Relax in a nostalgic atmosphere. This hotel will remind you of the old Port Yokohama.[⬇👍️ special place]Close to the station, good value for money, service (large public bath, plenty of amenities, manga corner, tea making service late at night, vending machines are 10% cheaper, 3 types of shampoo and conditioner, AI concierge will answer any questions you have, good value for money plan) (breakfast included), and the customer service from the employees was also good! Also, the bathtub in the room was bigger than the one in the photo and was well-cleaned.Also, there was a permanent memory foam pillow so it was very comfortable to sleep 👍️😢Please consider improving the bathroom curtains, which are made of vinyl and stick to each other, allowing hot water to leak out.If the opportunity arises, I will continue to use it!

Close to the station, private bath available even late at nightI checked in late at night and was so confused that I couldn't properly answer questions about the receipt, but the front desk staff understood and corrected everything correctly (after checking with me, of course). That was a really big help. The private bath from 24:00 to 27:00 (available for 30 minutes) was fully booked and there was only one space available.

It used to be called "Sanai Yokohama Hotel", but later it went out of business. Now it has been renamed. It's located in a quiet alley, which is pretty good.

It's a great place to stay as a family as there are 3-person rooms and a large bath.Unfortunately, the large public bath for women during our stay was reserved during certain times, so we couldn't go at a time that suited us.There was no parking lot, so I used a nearby parking lot.

I think it's neither bad nor bad. The person at the front desk is a foreigner, but you can communicate perfectly, so don't worry.
