I stayed here for a week.A very beautiful hotel with a beautiful designThe hotel is right in front of the bus stop, which is convenient.Most of the staff were very helpful, but this hotel was a place where the cleaning was "pretending". That's the reason for ⭐️1.I can only clean once a week.Just clean the futon and vacuum it.- Smells like ammonia・Why? trash is falling・Slippers, ice buckets, etc. were not replaced.(I was scared of germs.)・There are marks from kicking the container (not a polite response)・There is dust on the wall, the dust is black・Coffee maker left unattended・The air purifier's cleaning mark and water supply mark areIt was on, but it was all through.It was very hygienic and I felt very disgusted. I myself have a very nice nose.[I'm concerned about the smell]I told the staff verbally and in writing, but they ignored me. Gah.It's okay if I just put up with the bad smell.The only thing I was sad about was not being able to clean it.I felt a bad feeling in my heart. cryingIf you pay 3,000 yen plus a fee, it seems that you can have the room cleaned every day.I really felt like I shouldn't have asked for this kind of treatment.I was concerned about the smell, so I wore a mask. The hotel has a very quiet environment. The room we stayed in was for 3 people and we were very comfortable. They also have services such as cold water, ice and washing machine. The employees are very humble people. They are trying to help you.

Spacious rooms. Poor cleaning service, in 4 nights only 1 room was cleaned and towels changed. Location not good, you are in Kyoto but difficult to get to central areas, on foot far, subway far, only bus nearby

The transportation is convenient but the road next to it is a bit noisy at nightThe front desk is very patient and provides a lot of assistance.Towels are changed and garbage is collected every dayThe room is spacious and the bed is a little smallGenerally speaking, the CP is high during the peak tourist season.

At 8am, I stopped by to drop off my luggage and was able to check in on the spot. Of course, we wouldn't be able to enter the room until after 4pm, but since we were able to receive the hotel key in advance, we were able to fully enjoy sightseeing in Kyoto until the evening. (Maybe it was a mistake because the receptionist at the hotel was a foreigner? Thank you anyway.)The rooms are generally clean, stylish and nice.It's nice to have a water server so you can pour as much cold or room temperature water as you like.Points of concern・There is no vending machine・Is your toothpaste big and hard?
