It's my first time here, but I think it's worth the price. The room was quite spacious and didn't have any strange smells. It had a bit of a retro feel, but I was satisfied. There was a dog run outside, and the wood chip area was convenient because you could use the toilet even in the rain. I got it

When I stayed there in 2020, the previous night's contact lenses were left on the bedside table, and I was so surprised that I even took a photo, wondering if it was safe to prevent infection. However, it may have been a coincidence, and since more than a year has passed, I revisited it thinking it might have improved.I was confused when I was seated at a small cafe table with less than 1m between the tables on either side, despite the restaurant's social distancing measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus for the entire group, with instructions to keep seats 2 meters apart. .I don't usually eat out due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I never expected to be asked to eat from this distance at a hotel.I have two dogs, so even if it's not coronavirus, it's a small space and there's no room for them. I have never been shown to a seat like this at any other hotel in the same group.Despite this, we allocated a large space with six seats for one person and one dog, who said, ``My child and other dogs are no good.''It seems that they prioritized making noise from poorly trained dogs rather than preventing infectious diseases. Isn't it strange?I don't mind giving them some consideration, such as giving them a corner seat, but should I give preferential treatment to the point of violating group policy and causing inconvenience to other guests?I was extremely disappointed and disillusioned by the lack of common sense and low awareness of infectious disease control measures.If it's bad, it's bad, and maybe my expectations were worse.Also, at dinner time, I asked for food for two dogs, but only one was provided, and the service was disappointing.Also, even though I have visited them 4 or 5 times in the past, they tried to explain everything from scratch just like on my first visit, and I was treated with the lack of consideration mentioned above, so I don't think they are suitable for the service industry. .I won't be visiting again.

The rooms are very spacious and the inside of the building is spacious, so it's a great accommodation for people with dogs. There is also an indoor and outdoor dog run. Is the room a little sulfurous? It smells bad, but considering the price, it's not a problem when looking for a pet-friendly accommodation. Dinner was a course meal and was delicious, but it may not be enough to fill you up. You can also order dog-friendly dishes, so bringing your dog along will have more fun. Breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely like to come again.

Isn't there a problem with the management itself? ? ?First of all, the staff were very nice. There were some people I was new to, but I could see how hard they were working, and the young men and others were very nice.The food was average in the morning, but the dinner was very delicious.However, the problem is hygiene etc...Not only was there hair in the room, but when I tried to put water in the humidifier, it was full of mold.Although it is a three-story building, there is no elevator (which can be difficult for dogs who don't like stairs or short-legged dogs), the balcony is so old that it looks like it might fall off, and when you open and close the entrance door to your room, you feel the pressure of the air. Somewhere in the hallway, a door that looked like a toolbox was always making a squeaking sound (it was like a psychic phenomenon lol).The parking lot is also uneven.Of course, they don't offer plastic bottles, so when I went to buy water from the vending machines, both places were sold out...I think there are too few staff. It seemed like just a few people were doing everything.So the parent body of management is black? I guess it's not very good.There seem to be other branches, but honestly I don't feel like going there.It's a shame because the staff are better.

Great location overlooking Lake AshiI think it's a good base for sightseeing in Hakone.The building has a bit of history, so I think the damage is unavoidable, but the cleanliness of the room I entered was not good enough, so I gave it a negative rating because it was my first stay in a while and I had high expectations. I did.If you are bringing your dog, there is also an indoor dog run that is about 20 tatami mats in size, so I think it is easy to use. When I used it, the air conditioning wasn't good enough and the dog run was cold, so I left after about 15 minutes.I ordered a French course for dinner, but the quality and taste did not quite meet my expectations...Breakfast was average...

I used it for a pet trip.Since I was using it on a weekday, I was able to spend a relaxing time. The employees were kind and kind, and I had a comfortable stay.The indoor dog run is spacious and the dogs can hustle, and the outside dog run in the forest is also a pleasant place to play while taking a forest bath.The early morning dog run was especially pleasant. The breakfast was average, but the French dinner was delicious.The rooms are spacious and you can relax, and the large public bath is also free flowing. It felt good and I was able to relax and stretch my legs and feel refreshed.This is an inn that I would like to visit again with my dog next time.The common areas are clean, but there's a lot of pet odor, so you might be concerned if you don't bring your pet.

The customer service is not bad and I have no complaints.The trash can for dogs was overflowing from the time we checked in, and when we opened the lid, there was a terrible odor.There are some cases of poor cleaning of both the human and dog equipment, but if you don't care about that, I don't think it's a problem.Due to the location, high humidity and insects, the lack of frequent cleaning is clearly reflected in the indoor environment.The fact that you can stay with your pet is valuable, so I can't say it's luxurious, so it's a passing score.

We recommend hot springs and rice. (There's nothing wrong with hot springs though)But the hot spring ingredients in the bath are covered in dust! This is just the beginning!The pork braised in red wine had a good amount of salt (according to my personal taste). The accompanying mashed potatoes and torn snap peas were delicious.When I arrived at the room I was given, there was no shelf or baggage rack to put my luggage on, and I was placed in front of the writing desk, or rather, the TV and mirror.The floor wasn't carpeted, so I cleaned the floor with a quick wiper, which I was lucky enough to have with my dog amenity supplies. As soon as I enter the room, I clean the floor and cloth chairs before relaxing. When and how did you clean it, there was even human hair mixed in with the long hair of other dogs (seriously?)! Not only on the floor but also on the chair!Also, when I poured water from a pitcher into a dog container at the cafeteria, I noticed other dog's fur floating around even before I drank it, which made me feel sick.I don't think it's an excuse just because it's for dogs. Is it okay?Also, when it comes to rice for dogs, there is only one choice of beef, which is cooked in a different way! Too bad there's no chicken!

There are many hotels in the Hakone area that are perfect for traveling with dogs, and this one was also a good hotel. The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The food was very satisfying and I enjoyed it. It's a good place.

I use Karo Resort in turn.I visited here for the first time in two years.The taste and quality of the food has declined for a while, but the French food this time was absolutely delicious.The room was also clean.However, the pet seats that were previously installed in hallways and other areas have disappeared. There were two wide sheets in the room, but they weren't enough for multiple dogs or large dogs. In this day and age, there is no way to save money.The bathroom was also as good as ever.

A hotel you should definitely avoid.The explanation given by the young man at the front desk was difficult to understand and the room was dirty.It was the first time I smelled so much dog in a hotel bed, and I couldn't sleep. Perhaps due to its age, the smell of sulfur from the hot springs is quite strong.The indoor dog run is slippery, and I get the impression that they don't put dogs first at all.Normally, owners don't frequently check on equipment and support, right?I've stayed with many dogs, but I don't think I've ever had one as bad as this.Not friendly to people or dogs, no repeat visits.

It would be fine if the hotel was old and kept well-maintained, but even though the hot springs were nice, the fans and ventilation fans in the dressing room were full of dust, which really brought down the quality of the hotel. The rooms are also cleaned to the bare minimum. Dinner was Western food and it was good to be able to enjoy it with my eyes. Although this is an inn that welcomes dogs, the door to the dog run outside is not broken and is blocked by a wooden bench, which makes me question the management's thinking. Carlo Foresta has stayed at various places, but Hakone was a disappointing stay. The staff are working hard, so I have high expectations for the future.There are various great projects being offered, but the truth is that there aren't many attractive accommodations anymore and I don't feel like coming back.

It's a great location where you can see Lake Ashi in the distance from your room. However, to be honest, the room was not very clean and felt like it had been cleaned at least. There were fallen leaves in the corner of the balcony and there were bugs, which made me sick...In the toilet on the first floor, there were a lot of dead small bugs on the floor, which gave me goosebumps...It's really a shame because the food was so delicious. This seems to be because there is a clear shortage of employees, as mentioned in many other reviews. Therefore, the customer service does not feel welcoming, and the customer service is minimal. I was in the same group as Yamanashi and Izu (Hannari), so I was really looking forward to it, so I was shocked. There are no repeats.
