Although it is very modern, the entrance hall and welcome drink table have a very nice atmosphere, with classical letters lined up on the walls. There seemed to be staff from several countries on standby to accommodate customers from all over the world. The bath is also clean and fully equipped with hair dryer and shower head.

The location is great, not too noisy, and not far from the bus station, convenience stores, and supermarkets. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was small but adequate. A small flaw is that there is a little lack of hanging space, but it will not affect my desire to stay again. The location is great, not too noisy, and not far from the bus station, convenience stores, and supermarkets. There are no problems with the room or customer service. Is it inconvenient because there are only buses and taxis nearby?

First night: Most of the front desk staff are Asian, fluent in Japanese, and very kind and polite. The room was new, there were plenty of places to put things, such as a desk mini sofa and a mini desk, and a relaxing space, so it was very comfortable and the cost performance was great considering the location.I'm also happy that there are plenty of USB charging options.BF had salad after pickles and the arrangement was bad. The variety is okay. It seems that Europe and America are overwhelmingly more likely to meet that demand. Bagna cauda was unusual and delicious. The miso soup tasted like hot water and I was shocked. Below average, considerably inferior to BF's King (Dormy)2nd day: I was satisfied with everything except breakfast, so I made a separate reservation and stayed without BF for the 2nd day. However, there were clumps of hair and trash, so it was obvious that the place had not been cleaned properly. The walls were also full of scratches from where suitcases got stuck. Why would you sell a terrible room that you know will cause such complaints?A staff member named Nicola, who works the night shift, arrived, but he didn't speak much Japanese, so I asked him to send the person in charge."I'm the one in charge. I'm the only one here right now. The reason I'm the only one there is because I don't make shifts, so I'm not responsible."I was surprised when I opened it again.I don't want staff like this with zero hospitality to be put on night shifts. The next morning, when I heard from the manager that he was French, I was a bit taken aback by the thought that he had a certain kind of personality, but I thought that hospitality wouldn't be suitable in Japan. The first day was fine, but on the second day I was disillusioned with the filth of the room and the harsh treatment of the person in charge, who didn't even speak Japanese. No matter how many Western customers there are, this is Japan, so staff who can't communicate in Japanese shouldn't be put on the night shift. There are also incidents where someone tries to enter the room at 10am (CO 11am) and is unable to do so because the hook is on.I was disillusioned with everything on the second day.I gave it 3 stars because the manager's behind-the-scenes stories were interesting and the first night was awesome.
