They are not cooperative. Every day, they are alerted to the air conditioning, which is the required cold, and they say that we will change the degree of cold. They then say that so that you can walk and it does not change anything. The place for showering is public, not private, without barriers, and it is a custom of society to shower without clothes, which makes you uncomfortable and you are forced to take a shower in Certain times when no one is there, such as 2 in the evening or 10 in the morning

There are many people who want to wash clothes, but there is only one washing machine. If you stay for many days in a row, you have to check out at 10 am every day, and then you can check in at 2 pm. In the meantime, you can't go back to the locker to put things in, which is very inconvenient.

It's just too inconvenient to have to go out between 10am and 2pm for cleaning even if you're staying multiple nights. It's fine if you don't have that.It was a bit hot and humid inside the capsule, even around October, so I couldn't sleep. There is no air conditioning, so I would rather have a fan than a TV.The sauna and public bath are nice. The water bath was cool and felt good. However, the customer base is the worst. It was extremely unpleasant to see a young blond-haired man doing self-rolling and talking loudly in the sauna.Will use again if cleaning is no longer required for consecutive nights.

Since I was staying during a long holiday, all the hotels were expensive, so I chose this cheap capsule hotel.The inside of the hotel was clean, and the guest rooms were quiet and comfortable for their appearance, but the futons were very hard and very small, so it was a very difficult environment for someone like me who suffers from stiff shoulders.Also, even though it was quiet, I was put in one room above the other even though there was an open room, so I think it would be nice if they could put me in a separate room if it was empty. (I think it can't be helped because it has to do with cleaning.)I recommend it to people who can sleep anywhere, as it's cheap and clean, but I feel like I can't recommend it to people who have trouble sleeping.

I thought I had made a reservation for a woman, but on the day I made the mistake of making a reservation for a man, and even though I had to cancel, the receptionist was kind enough to give me a room and free up a room for me. Inside the guest room capsule, there were many pieces of nasal feces on the ceiling and walls on both sides!The sneeze droplets were also amazing! !Cleaning inside the capsule may be troublesome, but please do it properly. It's seriously dirty and I'm drawn to it.The surface of the locker and the handprints all over it are disgusting.

It's been a few years since I made itOnly the location is good. It has changed to A cleaning company with uneducated customer service and no greetings.Because of the cheap renovations, the wallpaper was peeling off and looked filthy. The rooms are humid, sweaty, and have an impressive ``uncleanliness and smell.''I think improvements are needed in all aspects. Other than location. I come here because it's cheap.

It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station.The second floor is for women and the third floor is for men. There is a large public bath for men, but only showers for women.The first floor is a reception and provision space.

The lobby and rooms were clean, cool and comfortable.The employees are probably part-time students, but they're talking all the time and to be honest, they're really noisy.Also, it seems that they are unable to use polite Japanese when arguing with customers or at the reception desk.Well, I guess it can't be helped if you're a part-time student, but it's embarrassing that someone close to your age can only speak like that.

After work, I quickly went to Capsule Plus Yokohama. The bathroom is simple and has only hot water. It is a good style to do self-rolling once every 10 minutes at 96 degrees. It's 96 degrees, but it feels like 86 degrees even on the upper level. If you pack them together, there will be 2 tiers for 9 people. Sweaty and sweaty. The water bath is 15 degrees and moderately crisp. The indoor bath has 7 tall chairs. We recommend sitting in the infinity chair in the changing room where the air conditioning is working properly. However, there are two infinity chairs. The interior of the store is sophisticated, stylish and modern. I think it's good for the cost performance and it's not crowded, so you can have a quick and refreshing experience like a convenience store.

Used for a day trip to the sauna.The sauna, cold bath, hot bath, and grooming area were great.It's close to major stations in the metropolitan area, and the price of 1,000 yen for 90 minutes with high-quality bath towels and towels is shocking.This is a great corporate effort as the prices of public bath saunas are soaring these days.Overall, it is compact and easy to understand with its streamlined sales style.Since you don't have to travel from place to place, your sauna routine can be very shortened, and you can comfortably complete 5 sets in just 90 minutes.The inside of the bathroom is starting to deteriorate compared to the hotel and the area near the entrance, and something needs to be done about it.The sauna room has a serious wood tone that you wouldn't expect from the stylishness of the hotel, and you can self-roll at about 100 degrees.The water bath is also cool at about 15 degrees or less.There are a lot of well-arranged chairs for the capacity, and the nice breeze coming in through the windows makes it feel so good.Considering the stylishness of the hotel, the shampoos are a bit like those found in public baths, which is a shame.I would like to change the scalp to something botanical.I'm probably going to the nearby Sky Spa for the sauna, so I haven't realized how great this facility is yet.Perhaps because of that, it was pretty empty on weekdays, and it was almost reserved.There's no lounge or rest room where you can take a nap, so if you're staying for a long time, a day-use capsule would be an option, but if you stay for a quick 90 minutes, you can experience a serious sauna at a more cost-effective price than anywhere else, so we recommend it.

You can’t knock the location but sadly any happiness about the place ends there. The staff struggled to ask very basic questions, even when translated into another language. They seemed to not so much lack basic English, as a touristic place of accommodation but also any enthusiasm or drive to want to help customers. It was like communicating with automons and this is just my first night!For example, I asked where the water is. Every place I’ve stayed in Japan has always had a supply of free water; they suggested I get it from the tap in the bathroom. Either they’re being exceedingly stupid or they simply don’t care. I can understand the lack of English but the not giving a hoot attitude is pretty awful to witness. While I was talking to the guy at reception, he just kept looking at other customer and wasn’t engaging at all. These staff lack basic customer service skills or any desire to help! This is very atypical of Japan. The locker was ridiculously narrow, so I struggled to fit my medium-sized ‘carry on’ (that would fit under an airline seat) bag in without emptying the whole thing out. I’m really starting to wish I’d booked somewhere else now. I’ve booked capsule hotels for over twenty years in Japan - this is the worst I’ve experienced so far.
