Good cost performance❗By chance, the cell phone signal in the room was poor. However, the room had been renovated and was nice and clean.I still want to use it.

The slope at the entrance is steep and steep, so it's best to drive slowly up the slope. The street in front of the building is one-way from 7am to 9am.

If you're sightseeing in Kyoto or on business and want to keep your accommodation costs down, this is the only place to stay. There is a reason why something expensive is expensive, and there is a reason why something cheap is cheap, so it is recommended for those who can understand that.

The room is large, but it's an old building and not very clean. There were insects inside which made me uncomfortable. It was stated that shampoo and body soap were provided, but what was in the room was a small bag that was only for one use. Please be careful if you don't like it.I was staying for several nights for work, but my plans suddenly changed, and when I contacted them to cancel just the last day, I was charged a cancellation fee. It's close to the expressway interchange, but the road in front of it is one-way only in the morning, so you have to take a detour. The parking lot is on a very steep slope so it's scary.I can't really recommend it to anyone.
