When I contacted them before making the reservation, the response was the worst. They emailed me and said they didn't have any rice to eat today, so I was wondering how they could make a reservation in such a situation. When I sent it back, they replied that they only had bread for breakfast and no dinner. I received a vague reply to my inquiry, and I was left with nothing but disbelief, so I sent them a message saying it was okay as I would not be making any more reservations, but the final reply was, "Goodbye👋"!When I read the reviews again, there were a lot of comments where the response was arrogant. I'm glad I didn't make a reservation because they didn't try to fix it even though it was written like this.

Clean sheets, towels, and yukatas were provided, and the room was kept well-cleaned. The damage and narrowness of the bath equipment made it difficult to use, but I was satisfied with the hot water flow. It's an old hotel that feels like it's run by a family, but I think it's a very conscientious company. It's not suitable for people who want perfection like a chain hotel, but it's good for people who don't mind if it's a little worn out or rough even though it's cheap. There was a review that said, ``There was water in the electric kettle from the previous guest,'' but this is probably water that the hotel had put in before check-in. There was plenty of clean water. The room is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a new air conditioner, a small smart TV that can't watch commercial TV but can watch TVer or YouTube, and an air purifier. Since I spend a lot of time in hotels, I checked for bedbugs and other insect pests, which are popular, but there were no traces of them. Also, I have sensitive skin that is easily affected by house dust and dust mites, but I had no problems and had a very comfortable stay.Tips for Tourists; To use shower rooms in this hotel, It isn't comfortable for foreign people who have large heights and width shoulder because the shower rooms are too small for them.In addition, their beds are little small. It will be good for until 175cm(5 feet 9 inches) heights.Things that won't be in the room if you don't bring them;Brush, lotion, etc., drinks and waterGoods you don't have to bring, but personally I'm glad I had;Favorite body soap, shampoo, and my slippersI'm still on the road, so I'll do a quick review first.

I used it for a solo overnight stay about six months ago.The location is great, and the parking fee is about the same as the surrounding area. I think the cost performance is the best. When I tried to boil water, there was water in the pot. I was impressed by this. The paid fortune telling was also interesting. If you only consider cost performance, it can also be used by groups and families.

The location and cost performance are good, but the sanitary environment ruins everything, so I won't go there again. There were at least five hairs of the previous guest's hair in the bathtub, and my legs were sore from walking around Nara City, so I ended up taking a quick shower instead of relaxing in the hot water. There was an electric kettle in the room, so I bought some cup noodles, but when I tried to boil the water, I noticed that the previous night's water was still in it, and I suddenly felt sick, so I ended up buying cup noodles. I took it home. There was Wi-Fi, a microwave, etc.If you're someone who can just sleep in a room with a roof, I think it's a pretty ideal place for sightseeing.

The grandpa at the front desk was very kind. This time we happened to encounter the Wakakusayama Yakini Festival, and the whole place was crowded with people. …
