We got a room with two double beds, enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Very reasonable price. It is a small space, but has everything you could need, including a washing machine, drying room, herd and sink.Staff is nice, we could leave our bags before and after our stay.Position is a 20-ish minutes walk to Kawaramachi, or a 10 minutes bus ride along the 3/4/7/205 route.Next to the imperial garden, great spot for runningSecond year in a row we stay here

I am currently staying in this hotel. If your sleep is light like me, make sure you do not sleep in room 103: it is facing the road and there is way too much noise from the road for a reasonable hotel room. I had a very bad sleep. I asked them to change this morning, they said it is not possible, there would be cleaning fees (!!) and they just gave me earplugs...They could have used higher quality sound isolation for the windows. I am constantly hearing cars day and night, my experience in this hotel is really bad, two stars thanks to the ear plugs provided...

Rather than feeling special, I felt safe and at home. There was also a washing machine in the room, so I was able to put my washed and clean clothes in my suitcase, which was stress-free! I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The bus was convenient, but the subway station was a little far away so it was inconvenient! There is a convenience store nearby, but since it is attached to a hospital, it does not sell alcohol, so be careful. (Lawson)Still, the service was really good, and the best thing was that the room was spacious👍🔥It is also highly recommended for those staying for a long time. It has an induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator and freezer! The picture is dirty because it was when I came out of bed...kehehehe.It was really good!

The best place to sleep in Kyoto if you bring your family. For this proce range, it's very worth it. There's a kitchen, bathub, even the washing machine. The staff was kind too. This hotel is very nearby to kamo river too! So you can just walk to kamo river. And there are nearby konbini. But sadly there are no bicycle parking. I'll definitely sleep here again next time!
