This is my first time using the Ongojishin brand. (Hanzu Eryo)I went there, but I went when I wasn't an ongojishin) The Muni Kyoto building and Fukuda Museum that I passed by last year were impressive, so I used them when I stayed in Arashiyama this time, and it was a pretty good choice. You can enjoy Arashiyama without people at night and in the morning. One thing that is disappointing is that it is not hot spring water. Since it was not a hot spring, I used the nearby fufu. The evening welcome drink and breakfast had no Japanese feel at all.Fukuda admission tickets are provided upon your stay. Do not reserve Fukuda tickets in advance...

MUNI KYOTO by Reviewing the past and learning the new is located about a 1-minute walk from Togetsukyo Bridge in Arashiyama. As soon as you arrive, someone will rush out to greet you. 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️The hotel is very modern and beautiful, and the room has good lighting. It makes people feel very comfortable as soon as they enter the space. The mini bar is very rich, including juices, sparkling drinks, etc. (Alcoholic beverages are subject to additional charges)My favorite is breakfast! ! The breakfast restaurant "MUNI LA TERRASSE" was opened by the famous French chef Alain Ducasse and the head chef is Alessandro Gardian. The breakfast is super rich and the bread is delicious. It was super enjoyable to sit by the window and enjoy the view of Arashiyama while having breakfast. 🌞🌞We stayed here for two nights and had a good experience. But the service staff makes people feel very good ~~ I will probably stay somewhere else next time, and my willingness to visit again may be low.

After actually checking in, I felt that the service needs to be better to keep up with the room price. Dinner is French food, and there are stipulated clothing requirements, but they are not too rigid (I also saw sandals and casual clothes). Isn't it just relaxing to go out for fun?Personally I prefer breakfastThe hotel said that muni means "unique"There are waiters who can speak a little Chinese

❌ Recommended for other hotels ❌ Comes with a bathrobe stained with menstrual blood, 50,000 yen per night. For the following reasons: ① Blood stains on the inside of the lower legs of an unused bathrobe (stains from menstruation?) ② Insects on the terrace window Worst ③ When the hotel staff opened the white wine for the welcome drink in the room due to the corona virus, it squirted out. So it's okay to make mistakes sometimes. Afterwards, the table, which was wet with white wine, was thoroughly wiped down with a damp cloth. [The table was left soaking wet and sticky without being properly cleaned.] The reception was friendly and courteous, but for the above reasons I did not receive a refund or an apology. When I complained, they just apologized and said they were sorry. If you don't mind, I'll do this, I'll do that, etc., but they didn't give me any concrete apologies unless I said something, and they were slow, which made me feel very uncomfortable from early morning. Thanks to that, my plans for the next day after staying there were also ruined. For 50,000 yen, I would like to stay without meals and be excused from getting dirty. Here, the precious commemoration will be ruined.Later, the cleaned clothes arrive, and there is no letter inside, and there is an unintelligible fountain pen half-used inside the cardboard box, which is eerie. The email of apology from the female president of this hotel also seems to be someone else's business. This is a hotel that will leave you feeling disgusted until the very end. You really shouldn't go here. I should have stayed at the APA and spent the rest of my money locally. Precious time and memories were taken away.
