Great place! Central and in the small streets of Kyoto.More washing machine (there are only 2) would be ideal, so as not to wait until the middle of the night to do laundry.

Best location ever , near Nishiki market, Kamo River, Gion and all the other temples and shrines located east and north of Kyoto. Mainly a gaijin hotel. Free snacks and drinks through day, free wine in the evening and free ochazuke at night. The communal bath was a nice touch and relatively quiet when we went in the mornings.

Fantastic hotel catering to a celiac. The chef prepared a huge special breakfast every morning and I didn't feel like an imposition. Location was great, walking cute traditional streets and shops, and the free food during the day was an added bonus. Unfortunately we found the bed quite hard but it seems to be the norm for Japan. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here! They had free food from 7-9am, 3-5pm and 8-10pm even though we didn't try any we thought it was a good benefit. It was a very clean hotel, good location with many f&b spots nearby.

I stayed there after being recommended by a relative. I was looking forward to going to this hotel because it was a hotel I had wanted to go to for a long time. However, as soon as I got into the bed in the guest room I stayed in, I couldn't sleep because my nose and breathing became so itchy that I couldn't stop having an asthma attack. A friend who stayed there also experienced itching and nasal symptoms. It was painful because there was no ventilation.The cause may be bed bugs, mites, or house dust. I would like you to take immediate action as this is a life-threatening issue. I am still experiencing symptoms. It seems like this didn't happen when my family stayed there.Also, one of the massage machines was broken, and the sheet on the chair had a sweat-like body odor, probably because it hadn't been replaced.I was really looking forward to it, so I was disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene.It was easy to access by train and bus, and the lounge introduced tourist spots in the area, which was great. I was able to leave my luggage there and was able to sightsee comfortably.The snacks and drinks provided by the lounge service were all delicious and the amenities were well stocked.
