Very friendly staff that speaks really good English. Room was pleasant and quiet. From here you can easily reach all the sights. Only the way to the subway (connection to the airport) with my suitcase was a bit too far for me.

We stayed 4 nights at this property, ideally located 5 minutes walk from the main avenue and less than 2 minutes from a local supermarket. The staff was very pleasant and always ready to help us.Our room, spacious (with 3 single beds), was clean and well soundproofed. Only small drawback: the trash can in the bathroom was quite small, and it was the only one in the room, although this is quite common in Japan.Self-service amenities near elevators are very convenient and help limit waste. The washing machines, spread over two floors, are easy to access and do not damage clothes, for a very affordable price of ¥400 per wash.We will definitely come back for our next stay in Kyoto!

One-line summary - If you are Korean, please look elsewhere.'-^)bI am writing a review for your precious trip.I will explain it with 10 shortcomings.disadvantage1. Smell of cigarettes on the first floorThere is a smoking area on the first floor, but the smell of cigarettes comes out into the lobby, which is disgusting.2. Only one microwave oven (linked to point 1)There is only one microwave in the hotel, and it is in the first floor lobby (not in each room or floor, only one in the first floor lobby!!!)You can eat at the lobby table and enjoy the smell of dambae, or take the elevator back to your room with your hot food.3. Windows cannot be opened and are opaqueThe window cannot be opened, so there is no ventilation (there is one, but... it is a sealed type with no insect screen, and only employees can open it with a key)4. There is a lot of dust (link to point 3)The air was bad and there was a lot of dust, so everyone in my group had a really hard time due to allergies that we didn't have during our stay, with stuffy noses, body aches while sleeping, and coughing a lot (we also bought comprehensive cold medicine at the supermarket). As a bonus, you have to wear shoes (on a floor that creates a lot of dust).Since I couldn't even open the window, the air ventilation was just a square piece the size of a piece of cheese. In order to get some decent air, you have to open the bathroom door and ventilate through the bathroom vent (however, if you live in a place where you can't sleep because the noise is so loud, you have to leave it open)+It's been a month since I went on a trip, but I'm still suffering from the aftereffects of dust allergy for over a month, so I added a review.5. The refrigerator is quite bad.The refrigerator is almost 30 years old, so it never freezes, but can only cool to a slightly cool level (only the end wall is cold. If you try it, you will understand what I mean). Also, the refrigerator was positioned strangely, so I got hurt when I opened it.How about cleaning the compressor..? Since heat is not released, the refrigerator compartment gets quite hot.6. It's outside the sink. The sink is located in the guest room, so if you use it during the night, everyone in your group wakes up.(Not in the bathroom)7. The public laundry room is dirty. The laundry room is always dirty with dust flying around. The dust in the washing machine and dryer is really serious, so every time I turn on the dryer, dust keeps accumulating on the dryer lid, and the dust gets on my white clothes and won't come off.8. Laundry room theft is dangerous (link to point 7)There is a risk of theft as there is no CCTV inside the laundry room (there is a lock function)9. Cleaning statusI also do a little cleaning before guests arrive. The toilet nozzle was like that, and there was a blanket bag under the bed...10. NoiseThe air conditioner is noisy and you can easily hear room noise (foot bat, chatter)Of course, it doesn’t mean there are no advantages.. haha.merit1. AccessibilityAccessibility to most tourist attractions and cultural assets is good. There are many buses and subways within a short walk, and it is also easy to get around on foot.2. MartThere is a supermarket nearby, so you can buy cheap food (watch out for closing times).3. Health gymThere is a gymof course!!! A size that causes muscle loss just by looking at itIt's better than nothing, but...4. AmenitiesWe provide plenty of towels, tea bags, toothbrushes, etc.5. Suitcase storage possibleYou can tie up your suitcase before check-in on the 1st floor. While traveling to Japan several times, I was always successful in choosing accommodations. For the first time, I failed terribly in choosing accommodation. It was even a long trip to Kyoto...For me, I'm preoccupied with putting on a show.It felt like a hotel that didn't care about the actual guest experience.First of all, I am very worried about the health of myself and other people in the group after the trip because of the dust. The price is expensive, but other than giving away drinks for the day as an event, everything else was the worst value for money experience. The room size is not that great... (both height and width)Other foreigners seem to be comfortable. The rating is very high.First of all, based on my experience, not even 1 point is a waste. Are there any minuses? underIs it a part-time job? What is it really? My experience was definitely not 4.5.Long-term stay is highly recommended!!!I looked up reviews and found that there were quite a few people who had the same experience.I looked it up and saw that there are many other KABIN branches. Thanks to you, I will definitely avoid it from next time ^-')b

A very nice, new and modern hotel. Check in via the app is very easy. Frosted glass windows - this is probably a requirement, but it's a shame it's not in the room description. So you have to get out of the room to see what the weather is like. Actually deducted one point. But the room was so great that it made up for it. At least a small breakfast in the beautiful lounge with a view of the Minnigsrten would be desirable.

I travel a lot. This was one of the BEST! I would give it 11 out of 10 for everything. Location is PERFECT, walking distance to Gion, Yasaka Temple and Maruyama Park with lots of temples, beautiful lakes. Also, close to one of the busiest shopping street, Shijo Kawaramachi.About 15 bus routes which can take you directly to every major attractions in Kyoto. (30 min to Kinkakuji).BUT THE BEST ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS ITS CREW!. They are an international team and everyone speak English, some speak Spanish, Japanese and I am sure a few other languages. They made our stay very comfortable. Nothing was too little or too difficult. All with the smile. THANK YOU ALL, ARIGATO.
