Last year, when I had a dinner party in a Japanese-style room named [Tokiwa] or [Saga] on the first floor, I casually noticed that the ventilation fan or vents on the ceiling were full of dust, and I was horrified (T_T) When I went there this year, , there was more dust (T_T) It might be difficult to clean because it's the ceiling, but I think it's a problem for a room where you eat and drink (T_T) I want you to clean and check it properly (T_T)

Perfect location right next to the train station which you could go to Kyoto station in 20 something minutes. A small public bath is a pleasant addition. Price is very reasonable considering all things.

We tested the restaurant of this hotel (not the rooms) for a "brazzero" menu. The dish consists, apart from the accompaniments of rice and condiments, of grilling thin slices of meat on a small pan. It's pretty good and this dish is typical of Japan.

The staff always greet you with a smile, and when you open the window, you can see a wonderful view of the mountains, and you can take a hot bath in the large bath. …

It's near JR Sagano Station, so you can watch the trains from inside.I stayed at this hotel near Sagano Station for sightseeing on the Sagano Trolley train and Hozugawa river rafting.Japanese-style room for families with children aged 5 and 2!The bath is a communal large bath. I took a seat in the back of the large public bath, away from the entrance because the children would make a lot of noise, but the floor between the washing area and the bathtub was slippery due to the detergent from other customers' hair washing (the running water of the detergent was running). My 2-year-old son slipped while walking and hit the back of his head on a stone. If you are bringing preschool children, we recommend using the public bath area at the entrance. It is dangerous! If you are bringing preschool children, we recommend using the shower stand near the entrance.Since we were bringing children with us, there was a "welcome candy grab" event for the children, and we were worried about whether the children would be able to grab the candy in time, but the 2-year-old was ok with the help of his parents and received plenty of snacks. .Kids menu for older 5 year olds. The younger child received dinner and breakfast, which were shared by his parents. As mentioned in other people's posts, it was so voluminous that even my 5-year-old had leftover rice! I think the kids menu (plate dishes) is sufficient for children up to the lower grades of elementary school.I gave some to my 2-year-old from the adults, but even the adults were satisfied! The food was also delicious.

I thought it was hot spring water, but it was just an ordinary hot water tank. I felt a bit disappointed and regretful. It has a beautiful environment and a good location, but it is not a hot spring hotel. …
