This hotel is a good economy hotel, conveniently located at a five minutes walk from the subway station, which is two stations away from Kyoto station. The carpet has several stains and the sheets were not completely clean, but acceptable considering the price. Breakfast was also good. Convenience store is also nearby.

The location was great but unfortunately my family and I did not have the best experience here. The original room we booked for 3 adults had two beds. The biggest bed would only fit an adult and a child, not two adults. The floor in that room was very dirty. We moved to a new room with 3 beds with no space at all and the floor in the new room was also very dirty. The floors were stained, full of gravel and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. I did not want to put my bare feet on the floor. The pillows were also very hard and not comfortable. The food was good in the restaurant but there was not enough variety. The photos in the elevator, website etc showed fruit, scrambled eggs and more of a variety of breads. There was zero fruit, no scrambled eggs and only toast and cereal in terms of western options. I would have liked more options to eat as I expected to eat what was photographed. The price was also quite expensive for the amount of time we stayed but the staff were very nice. The rooms were quiet which was also nice and it was great that the hotel had a laundry room available for guests to use.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights during a tour that brought us to Kyoto - so we didn't actually select the hotel ourselves, but we were largely satisfied with the property.  …

Average 3 star hotel. Stayed with my extended family and young children during a recent trip to Japan. We were on a UTO tour, and this was one of the hotels chosen by the tour company. It is average to nice.  …

Stayed here last February when I joined a cultural program in Japan.||The hotel was a bit far from touristy areas. It is a 5 min walk to the nearest underground station, and around 10 mins train to the Kyoto Station. …

It’s a great stay. Affordable, close to bus line, subway, and, which takes you to Kyoto station. The room is good size. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is a bit tight, but does the trick for a hotel. New renovations has made this hotel a place for tourist and business travelers to stay at. Service is kind and speak a good amount of English. Take a walk around the neighborhood and have some fun, there are some hidden shops you can discover. Stayed 2 nights. Was even allowed a 2 hour early check in.Not many amenities but it works.Hood Approved 👍🏾👍🏾

Clean hotel, small but nice rooms. There were three of us in the room so they had three little beds, just like the three bears. Beds were firm and I didn't love the pillows but I was pleased that I slept well. The breakfast buffet was average. Great location. I loved that we could walk around.

Had a great stay. We wanted to rent a bike for Fushimi Inari Taisha in the morning but the bikes are not available to rent until 9am. Still had a good time in the area.

Very compact hotel. Thank God the beds moved so we could push them farther apart and get more space. Otherwise it would be impossible for us to open both our suitcases at once. No fitness center or pool but it seems newer and a bit more modern.
