The service staff is willing to work hard to communicate in English. The rooms are small but have complete hardware equipment. There is a free instant coffee machine at the counter. There are ice machines and water dispensers in the stairwell. The bathroom has strong ventilation and separates dry and wet areas. Therefore, the overall environment is comfortable and the geographical location is good. The location is a bit remote, far from the bus station and subway station, but there is a famous breakfast shop nearby so it doesn't hurt.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It's in the perfect spot—just a stone's throw from Kyoto station and so many must-see sights. You’re in the middle of it all. You can even stroll over to Nishiki Market and the shopping streets, making it super walkable. The rooms are immaculate and just right for relaxing after a day of exploration. The staff pays attention to every detail, which really elevates the experience. And can we talk about the lobby? Free Nespresso coffee was a lifesaver! There’s nothing like sipping a cup (or two) of very strong coffee before heading out on your adventures.A special shoutout to Hiroki and Eda, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Their warm hospitality made our family feel right at home. Huge thanks to you both and everyone at Hotel Bell for making our Kyoto trip unforgettable! We will not forget you ♥️

[I will stay here again when I visit Kyoto!] ]I had some computer work that I had to finish before check-in time, but they kindly lent me the lobby, saying, ``I don't mind!''The contents of the amenity bar where you can take what you need, the delicious coffee you can drink anytime in the lobby, and the pajamas, desk lamps, and deodorizing spray for clothes provided in your room are all satisfying.Due to work commitments, I had to make an irregular reservation, with 3 people on the first night and 2 people on the second night, but they accommodated me with great care and made sure to hand things over to another staff member. It was a very smooth stay.On my second night, I had an incident where the shower in my room wouldn't work, but since it was a Saturday and the repair company was closed, they quickly came up with various solutions. In the end, they transferred me to another room at the group hotel, but they gave me a polite explanation and even suggested an extension of my check-out time, and I was treated with such hospitality that I didn't feel bothered by the fact that I had moved hotels. did!thank you very much.

This is ‘Hotel Bell Kyoto’, which I was most looking forward to during my trip to Kyoto. I stayed well for 4 days and 3 nights and am now on my way back to Korea.Leave a review of your stay.1. ServiceA male employee wearing glasses who was there in the evening. Thank you so much. I was impressed by the friendly service!I checked in after 9pm, made coffee (there is a Nespresso machine) in the lobby, and tried to go up to my room, but the machine didn't work well.I said it was okay and went up, and he personally brought coffee to my room. : )It was a service you wouldn’t expect from a luxury hotel. It was a shame that I checked out without being able to see you on the last day. Thank you so much!2. Location-Close to the bus stop.-It’s a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Station, just go straight down the alley. The road is nice so it’s great to drag a suitcase!-Recommended cafe ‘TOTARO’ nearby!-30 minutes walk to Kiyomizu-dera. If you like walking, you can easily walk there!-Located in a quiet local alley, so you can feel the Japanese sensibility!3. Guest roomThis is the most important thing. The service was good and the rooms were very nice, but there was a fatal flaw. Moisture!I don't think this is moisture caused by the weather, but rather a problem with the interior materials from when the building was built. When I return from going out, even the clothes I put in my carrier are damp.I thought it was strange that empty rooms had their doors open all day, but I think they did this to minimize moisture by providing ventilation.(The groom said he was overwhelmingly dissatisfied with the room due to moisture issues. Even though everything else was very good.)I want to stay here every time I go to Kyoto, but I'm worried about whether the humidity issues will be ok in other weather.I really liked the hotel, so I wanted to let the hotel know about this issue. (You already know this, right..?)Still, I had a pleasant stay for 3 nights and 4 days.I didn't ask the staff's name, but thanks to you, I had a pleasant stay. take care of yourself! : ) Okini! Arigato!
