Surprisingly, it was a larger size of room than I expected compared to other chain budget hotels with reasonable price. The location is just the opposite of Kyoto station, which helped me to roam around Kyoto city easily. The room was clean, and lots of amenities were available for you. Also, there were free welcom beverages too! Recommended to stay here, guys.

cockroach! Damn it! Cockroach! After staying in a hotel for two nights, I woke up in the middle of the night and turned on the light to find two cockroaches on the wall. There was a super lively cockroach scurrying around on the phone. There were even wooden boards at the head of the bed. If I looked carefully, there were insect corpses on the carpet! ! ! ! !I was so scared that I couldn't sleep anymore and stayed awake until dawn.Check Out explained the situation to the staff in Japanese and showed her photos. He replied calmly, ‘I understand. Excuse me. ’That ended the conversationObviously this is not the first time this has happened, because they have known about this problem for a long time!Everything I saw has been photographed to deathI will be scared if you go to check after checking out and see insects!

Booked triple bed room but only getting double bed room upon checking in - it was late and we were tired after long train commute, too lazy to ask for room change, in the end we can manage although non-ideal. Not understanding why they gave room not matching the advertised, while assumed higher room charge had been paid upon booking..After our stay, we saw other negative review about triple room and the hotel’s response was full of excuses blaming the third party/booking agency instead of taking accountability - I suggest you to be careful when considering this type of room as the hotel seems to be dishonest / non-transparent.Apart from the above, pretty good experience.
