This hotel was a fantastic find for my trip to Kyoto! The location was perfect, and the rooms were so clean, it really made my trip better. One of the best things was how well-located it was. It was close to Nishiki Market and Gion, so I could easily walk to these interesting places. The hotel was also near the metro and bus, which made it easy to get around and explore the city.Even though it was near a busy street, the hotel itself was very quiet. The rooms were a good size, which is nice in Japan, and they were perfectly clean. It really felt like a home away from home. The hotel did have breakfast, but I preferred to try the many restaurants nearby. Every morning I got to experience something new, from Japanese food to other kinds of cuisine. It was delicious! This hotel was the perfect base for exploring Kyoto. The location was great, it was quiet, and the rooms were big and clean. It was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

I could feel the care put into each and every one of the amenities and equipment. Overall it was great. The weaknesses that could not be changed immediately in terms of facilities and services were successfully turned into strengths. Another attractive feature is that they are not focused only on inbound tourists.

It said there was a bath, but when I entered the room, there was only a shower room. cryingIt was a shame because I have bad legs so I wouldn't have stayed if there wasn't a bathtub.I would be happy if you could write me a word or contact me.I would have liked to have a bathtub even if I had to pay extra.I thought the room was suitable for men.Only the TV is huge. There was a chair that looked like building blocks at the sink, but the height was so low that I couldn't see the mirror. My butt hurts too (crying)The walls were quite dirty and neglected, giving it a very business hotel feel. .It's a shame because I thought it was new and beautiful and it was Hoshino Resorts (lol)I'm glad I wanted to stay there once.Don't worry about the people you went with. I was saved because she laughed and the tea was delicious!

Breakfast is not a buffet, but is ordered from a menu. A bit small in terms of quantity

The location was absolutely perfect. You are so close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were very small, actually smaller than our hotel we had been in in Tokyo, but despite that, it had pretty much everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty, though it would have been nice to have a few more options, especially for someone who doesn't eat meat or fish. The staff were so lovely, helpful and polite. Overall, I'd use the OMO5 sanjo again.
