The water in the water server in room 307 is warm and at room temperature 💦 Since it's summer, please change to a cold water server.

The room was dirty and in the bed was there hair from the previous. The receptionist couldn't English. The bed and pillows smell like an ashtray. The breakfast was terrible. The place was a long way from the city. We wish that we never had been there! That's me and my partners view of the place.

Despite the pros and cons, I love Lotus!I have repeated it many times♪It may look a bit retro from the outside, but once you step inside, the atmosphere completely changes. The rooms are also entered through an outside hallway that wraps around the atrium of the courtyard, so you don't have the feeling of pressure that is typical of love hotels. The bath in the garden is actually in the bushes of Nara...I wonder if this is a Bali villa? It's fun to imagine. Also, I really like how Lotus is trying hard to create a quiet resort feeling♪ (Sorry for the rude writing style!)It may depend on the season you stay, but the outside bath space faces the forest at the back (probably an ancient tomb) and is carefully designed to avoid interference from the rooms above, below, on the left and right, so it's very quiet. The wind feels nice. The floor is spacious and there are sofas and low tables, so you can grab a drink or something and read a book. You can spend time slowly and it is truly relaxing. The separate kitchen and washstand are also nice, and I think it's rare that it comes with a proper dresser.Of course there are welcome drinks and morning service, but many of the extra food items cost money. However, it's a small family restaurant-level menu lineup, so if you go there with that in mind, you won't have to worry about it.My partner also likes to eat the fruits left in the room ^_^;When you take care of us, we give you relaxation and luxury! Since I'm planning to go there, it's a bit expensive, but I always stay in the top grade room. There is a lot of competition for rooms with a bedrock bath in the outside bath, and if there is no one available, I'll have to wait another day for another chance. If possible, I would like to see more rooms of this type!

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but clean. If you come in late, you'll probably feel less expensive or make more effort and won't be able to go to another hotel. The location is a little far away, but I think it's worth coming.

Expensive, but satisfying enough for the price. I went to the bedrock bath room. There was a manual that said how to use it, but I couldn't find the manual. disappointing…There are some negative reviews, but when I called the front desk, the man was polite. I bought some cigarettes. You can buy cigarettes depending on the brand.

I'm generally satisfied, but the response varies considerably depending on the staff at the time. Isn't it strange that not only the impression but also the content of the service changes? I get really irritated by the staff who fuss over small details. The quality of the food is lower than before (ola ola), so it's hard to order food. The cutlet was delicious though. Morning TKG is also something else.

not a bad little hotel, very cozy. we were locked in for a small portion of time one day and it was a little unnerving but other than that very clean, big bath, and a nice little get away area. a little far of a walk from Narayama and Nara station.
