The house is neat and nicely decorated. There is a nice view nearby and Nikishi Market is a 10-minute walk.Sannenzaka is a 15-minute walk, so it’s easily accessible. It is inconvenient that there is only one shower room and that there is no toilet on the 3rd floor.Yes, that guy, Choi Arc is so loud, the car is so loud, the car is so loud, it's Apira, the sound is loud.

Although it is a guest house, I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights through Airbnb. The house is very clean and the spaces are separated, so it is suitable for 8 adults to stay.A place I want to stay again next time I go to Kyoto!Advantages-The first floor has a cozy room with a bar-style kitchen, microwave, toilet, and tatami mats, and the veranda has a small garden, making it very cozy. The second floor has a proper kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, and a table and chairs that can seat 6 people.Additionally, there is a soaking bath, a washing machine, two single beds, and a TV, making it very cozy. The 3rd floor has a spacious room with tatami mats and a space for about 6 adults to lie down, and it is comfortable to sleep in as well.-It is close to the subway station, so transportation is convenient.-The surrounding scenery and night streets are beautiful, making it great for a quick walk at night.disadvantage-There is no convenience store or mart nearby, so you can walk for 5 to 10 minutes to use it, so I recommend using the convenience store or mart when you go out and return to your accommodation.-Japan is not a boiler culture, so air conditioners have a heater function, so heating is done only with a heater, but it is very dry.-When I used it, the door lock and the bathroom door on the stairs on the second floor were broken, so it was necessary to close the door and check if it was closed properly.-The building is located on the side of the road and there is a lot of traffic, so it is a bit noisy at night, but there is no problem in sleeping.

A very good private B&B, close to the subway station, Sanjusangendo Temple and Fushimi Inari. It is next to Gion Kenninji Temple. The B&B is clean and well-equipped. The heating and cooling are very comfortable. There are many people nearby. Soup, convenience stores, and supermarkets are not far away. There is even an Omi beef store. All in all, it is highly recommended.

Beautiful 3 stories Machiya house. A wonderful mix of traditional structure with modern amenities and design. 3 minute walk away from Kyomizu Gojo and 10 minutes from Gion shijo. If you plan in going to Kyoto and staying in style try and get this house. You wont regret it.
