The food is delicious, the bath is comfortable, and the TV in the room is huge, so it's fun to watch YouTube and Amazon Prime!

It was wonderful. Both the room and the hot spring were very clean. There were only a few guest rooms, so even in the public bath, I didn't have to overlap with other people. The private bath was also empty, so I took my time in it.The food was wonderful. I was blown away by how delicious it was.The scenery in front of me was also amazing. After breakfast, we had dessert and tea on the terrace. It felt so good. The staff were behind masks, but you could tell they were smiling. When I told them it was a maternity trip, they checked the ingredients one by one over the phone in advance and took care of everything.I won't be able to come for a while because I don't allow preschoolers, but I definitely want to visit again.

You can check in by sitting on a chair at the bar. The room was covered with trees and was soothing. The hallway leading to the bath has the scent of cypress, which enhances your sense of relaxation. The food was delivered in a timely manner, with attentive customer service, and was delicious. A dinner that is fun to look at and delicious to eat. The beauty salon was comfortable and I had a really good experience.thank youIt was a great hotel

The food at this hotel is extremely delicious. It feels like the scale of the auberge has grown. It's worth going just for the food. The staff are very friendly and the hot springs are relaxing.Perhaps because the price is reasonable, there are no children running around or foreigners making loud noises.I was able to have a treatment at the attached spa and was thoroughly refreshed.I think this is an inn for adults to enjoy their holidays.

This is my second visit. The Italian course was delicious and I would definitely come again. I didn't get risotto this time, so I would definitely like to try a bite of risotto next time.  …

Enjoying the open-air bath while admiring the scenery is a blissful moment. The sound of birds chirping in the early morning was soothing, and I was able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace overlooking Gora and the snow-covered Mt. Fuji.

This is a hotel where you can enjoy the scenery, hot springs, and above all Italian cuisine. I'm used to going to hot springs in Hakone, so I accidentally confused it with a hot spring inn, and was confused by the fact that you had to change clothes for meals and that you were seated on a first-come, first-served basis, but this was normal for a hotel. The Italian courses in the morning and evening were the most beautiful, delicious and perfectly served, with plenty of fresh seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit desserts.Incidentally, everything from the coffee after the meal to the juice in the fridge was an elegant moment made in Italy. I'm very satisfied. The large public bath and private bath are beautiful, but the facilities in the room are a bit old, especially the washroom facing the open air outside and the door not being properly set up so it won't close, which would be a problem in midsummer or midwinter. I think so. Satisfaction level may vary depending on the purpose.

It was a very good hotel. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff provided hospitality. The Italian dinner was delicious and made good use of the ingredients. As for the hot springs, not only the soft water of Gora Onsen, but also the semi-open-air bath in the guest room was easy to adjust the temperature, so even though I can't stay in a hot bath for a long time, I was able to take a relaxing soak. There aren't many guest rooms, so I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time without being noisy.

Thank you for staying with us for one night during the cold season after the New Year.Everyone from the restaurant staff who greeted us upon arrival at the parking lot, to check-in, check-out, and during meals, provided courteous customer service. It looks like it was originally a renovated company resort, but the entire facility was clean and the rooms were spacious enough. The balcony space had a strange slope for some reason and it was scary. This facility also has a private bath and a large public bath, and there are plenty of baths considering the number of rooms. This time I used the room bath and the private bath, and both had good hot water. For those in private baths, the washroom space may not be clean enough. The food was Italian for breakfast and dinner and was delicious. The view from the restaurant is also good.I felt refreshed overall.
