I stayed there during a three-day weekend, less than two months after it opened. There was no parking lot, so I parked at a nearby parking lot, but the amount at checkout was over 7,000 yen. Even if it's nearby, it's about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The large public bath was hot spring and the dinner was delicious and a good amount. People who eat a lot may eat a little less. The building is wonderful, with a mix of Kyoto-like Japanese taste and Asian flair, and the rooms are also amazing. The bed was especially big and it was my first time using a futon of that size. The service from each and every staff member was wonderful, but since it had just opened, they were told that the bar was not open due to a staff shortage.Perhaps the operation wasn't working properly, but it took more than 10 minutes for the tea to be served after we sat down for breakfast, and the breakfast didn't come out even after 20 minutes.I got up from my seat without eating. The check-out process also took over 10 minutes.Maybe it can't be helped since it just opened, but I was a little disappointed in that aspect. However, everything else was wonderful, so it was a hotel that I would like to stay at again after some time has passed.

Used for afternoon tea. When I saw the photos on the website, I was expecting a resort in the middle of the city, but I got the impression that although there are mountains nearby, the grounds are not that large. …

Banyan Tree, which has just opened in Kyoto, not only has Banyan Tree's usual resort style, but also integrates Kyoto culture into the hotel's decoration. Inspired by the proximity to Kiyomizu Temple, the Noh stage is also moved in, backed by a winding bamboo forest path, allowing you to relax deeply. The room design is also outstanding, simple and comfortable, and the details are well handled, such as the feeling of bathing in the room, ample supply of in-room drinks, and a small pendant that allows you to drop Banyan Tree aromatherapy into it and smell the fragrance all the time. A burst of fragrance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to places such as Kiyomizu Temple, but be aware that it is a climb; there is also a long staircase nearby that leads directly to Erningban!

The service we received during our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and excellent. Due to a slight problem, they changed my room right away. I visited for my anniversary this time, and although it was embarrassing, it was an unexpected service. All the staff who serve you are very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and made me feel at home during my trip. There is a spa building and a guest room building on the other side. Both were good.Kyoto itself had a quiet and warm feel, and thanks to the hotel, that feeling was even greater.Since it was still new, the bedding and towels were a little dusty, but the rooms were very nice and the scent of the hinoki bath was the best. They say breakfast changes once every three days, but we were lucky enough to experience a different menu. The smiles and small talk of all the staff at breakfast were impressive. thank you

The room was large and I was able to relax.Although the location is quite up the hill, the view from the room was very good.Since it is shaded, there is no sunlight in the morning, so I was able to sleep soundly. The welcome at check-in was delicious, and I was impressed by how polite and smiling the staff were. The Kaiseki dinner was also very delicious, and I was able to enjoy it even more because of the careful explanation of each dish.Conger shabu is my favorite.

It was a hideaway hotel for adults that blended into the nature of Higashiyama.Wood is used abundantly not only in the building but also in the floors and furniture, allowing you to enjoy the warmth and scent.I couldn't stop being excited by the latest home appliances and crafts placed everywhere. When I filled up the hot water in the bathtub in my room and took a soak, I was so impressed that the quality of the water was gentle on the skin, so I decided to enjoy it in the public bath as well. The large public bath was spacious and stylish and made me feel excited. The sounds of birds chirping in the open-air bath were also soothing. There was one more thing that impressed me.You can make the room pitch black with an electric blackout screen.Even though I am sensitive to light and sound, I was able to sleep soundly. In a luxurious and relaxing place that stimulates the five senses,I highly recommend it because it's hard to come across.

It was more remote than I expected and the entrance was narrow. The minimum accommodation fee was over 200,000 yen per night, so I wondered if I was expecting too much of a luxury hotel, but I guess I came here anyway. Anyway, check in at 01:30.In the meantime, wet towels, kohakuto, and tea were provided to wipe my hands, and I was very satisfied.I was assigned room number 309, which is the innermost room on the top floor of the building on the right, so I went to the lucky room. The various objects and wooden interior were so clean that it gave me goosebumps, and the scent was nice. However, you need to be careful because the scent coming from the hallway can easily be mistaken for the smell of Jeong Ro-hwan haha.Convenience comes from multiple outlets and USB terminals.Sincerity comes from cleaningMiso is from Welcome Food and Letters.Impression comes from ample amenitiesAnd what was surprising was that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash had almost similar scents.Another thing that surprised me right before going to bed was that there was a depression above the hinoki bathtub, which had the effect of preventing hot and humid air from the bathroom and bathtub from going near the bedding. If you look closely at the ceiling structure, you can see that it was not made by chance, but was designed using additional materials. It was me.Looking closely at the floor, I thought it would be great to see that all of the tatami mats and floor tiles near the bathroom were easy to replace, making it easy to maintain and keep it clean for a long time.
